Students need to appear for the entrance examination - Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA), conducted by the Department of Technical Education of Tamil Nadu.
TNEA authority will conduct the counselling based upon the ranking in the entrance examination.
For appearing in counselling round students need to register in TNEA portal.
The final list will be prepared accordingly the weightage to percentile obtained by the candidate in TNEA and board exam.For M.E & M.Tech Programmes:

Both st. Joseph and Loyola icam are good college and ranking wise st.joseph is a better college. Moreover the placement is also good in both of them. Prefer st.joseph over Loyola and in both of the colleges the placement will be in cs and it sectors. But choose the college as per nirf ranking.
