Large air-conditioned classrooms and computer labs are available on campus. Wi-Fi is available but a bit patchy. On-campus hostels exist with basic facilities, a bit expensive, though. Neighbouring PGs are preferred by most students, instead.
A few professors cross their limits to use examples from the business world and current case studies, but some of them make most of their explanation theoretical. The syllabus is moderately challenging, and semester examinations can be cleared with timely preparations.
The average package offered is about ₹3–4 LPA, and the maximum package offered is up to ₹6 LPA. There are no internships provided to all, so most of the students have to organize them themselves.but the placement cell conduct mock interviews which is a good thing.
The Infrastructure at IIMT University perfectly blends functionality with comfort. The BBA department features spacious digital classroom, discussion rooms and dedicated customer lab equipped with business simulation tools.
The Faculty members here are enthusiastic mentors rather than just academic instructors. Faculty encourage students to think critically and develop leadership traits. Their guidance in research and project work makes the learning process both engaging and practical.
At IIMT University, the BBA program opens the door to numerous career opportunities. The placement support is impressive, especially for management students. Each year, several reputed companies like HDFC Bank and Wipro visit the campus.
The college infrastructure is average and clearly shows its age. The buildings and classrooms are a bit worn out, and our classrooms are quite small for the size of our batch. Basic things like better chairs and tables are still needed.
The professors here are well-experienced and knowledgeable about their subject area. All the professors go out of their way to explain things using real-life examples. Quizzes are moderately tough and more application-based than theory-based, so it is easier to relate them to real life.
Around 55% of students do get placed, but most of them choose to go for higher studies like MBA, since the job options aren’t very exciting. The highest package that I’ve heard of was around ₹7LPA, but that was more of a rare case. The lowest salary is approximately ₹3.5 LPA, and the lowest as low as ₹1.5 LPA.
Infrastructure overall is good. The quality of the food was so bad in the early days that we were forced to file a complaint. They did change their vendors, but even they started cutting corners gradually and now only veg food is served.
The faculty is a mixed bag. Some professors are actually good and emphasize hands-on learning, but far too many simply do not interact with students at all in a positive manner. What is infuriating is the cookie-cutter curriculum design. Courses such as "Entrepreneurship Development" become required even if you have no interest in entrepreneurship.
There is some initiative by the college towards supporting students in placements, but there is a noticeable irrespectiveness in terms of getting associated with leading companies. While there are a few students who get placed in organizations in some of the reputed companies.
Infra is below average when it comes to the overall fee structure. Classrooms are okay but are not too large, and campus buildings could definitely do with a face-lift. There is a library but old copies of all of the agribusiness books are there, and few newer copies exist.
All the faculty members have over 8–10 years of experience, especially those who have been in the field of agriculture before entering academics. A few of them are fresh recruits and are still getting used to teaching practices. Attendance is regulated strictly—minimum 75% to show up for exams or to go for placements.
Yes, around 80–85% of the batch does get placed, but all the offers were at the ₹4–6 LPA level. Fewer than a handful of students again, all but top 10% are offered packages over ₹7–8 LPA, typically in agritech startup or FMCG company roles such as Godrej Agrovet, Coromandel International, or BigHaat.
The University has a vast and green campus, offering a peaceful learning environment. Computer labs are spacious and have updated systems, though occasional maintenance delay occurs. The canteen serves decent food, and medical facilities are on-campus responsive.
The Faculty for the BCA program consists of dedicated and academically qualified professionals. Most teachers are supportive and accessible outside of class hours. Coding sessions, peer-learning and seminars are encouraged.
The University is gradually improving its placecement ecosystem for BCA students. While it's not a Tier-1 placement hub, several mid-level IT startups do visit the campus. The Training and placement cell conducts workshops and aptitude training which are genuinely helpful for skill development.
Classroom and lab infrastructure is good at IIMT University. Labs contain sufficient modern systems to practice programming. There is Wi-Fi facility, hostel facilities are better than average with good room upkeep and food.
BCA department staff is usually cooperative, experienced, and helpful. All teachers are postgraduate qualified and possess satisfactory command over Subjects .Passing marks are approximately 35% on scoring but concepts have to be clear for achieving it.
The maximum salary package given was about ₹8 LPA, and the minimum was about ₹1.6 LPA, with the average being close to ₹3 LPA. The majority of the students were placed as junior software developer, backend assistant, or QA tester.
The infrastructure is satisfactory, particularly in the science faculties. Practical classes are adequately equipped in the labs, and gadgets are functional most of the time. Classrooms are tidy, and Wi-Fi is operational in academic blocks, but not always properly. Mess food is tolerable for some, but others like to go out to eat.
The syllabus is highly theoretical and doesn't really prepare you for the industry, so you will have to study things like data analysis, programming (if needed), or applied research independently. Semester exams are moderate not that difficult, not that simple but the answers must be long and you have to write to the point to survive.
Placements within the B.Sc course of IIMT University are extremely low. A few students are placed on campus but most frequently in junior lab technician roles or data entry roles. The average pay is around ₹1.8–2.5 LPA, and very few of the top students get comparatively better roles by going off-campus. Organizations such as Healthians, SRL Diagnostics, and Net2Source have taken students on board in the past, but it is not a permanent post.
Infrastructure of IIMT University is good and relatively better than most neighboring AKTU-affiliated institutes. The Wi-Fi network is decent, the library is spacious and helpful, and air-conditioned classrooms provide a good study environment. Hostels are clean, and mess food is hygienic and nice.
Most of the lecturers, however, are knowledgeable, accessible, and willing to help, particularly in technical courses such as Programming, AI, and Web Technologies. Although there are some instructors who are still improving in actual practical learning, generally, the learning atmosphere is pleasant.
Nearly 91% of students from our batch were placed, which is very good for a private institution. The average package offered was of the order of ₹4.2 LPA, and the highest package was of ₹12 LPA. The minimum offers were of ₹2.8 LPA. Some of the companies that attended campus drives were Tech Mahindra, HCL Software, Zoho Corp, Newgen, Lumen Technologies, and Pine Labs.
The University offers a tech-driven learning environment. BCA students benefit from modern computer labs, regular access to coding resources and 24/7 Wi-Fi enabled academic blocks. Hostels are well-managed, and medical facilities are available on campus.
The Faculty is one the strongest points of the BCA department. Teachers are approachable and updated with latest trends in the tech world. They focus on both theoritical clarity and practical application. They also guide students on career paths like software development and data analytics.
The placement cell for BCA students is improving continuously. While top-tier product-based companies are still rare, well-known IT service providers and startups do visit for hiring. The University also conducts pre-placement training programs.
