The University has a boys' hostel facility. All hostels are self-contained with more than 1500 rooms in total with a capacity of 3000 students on a twin–sharing basis. Hostel facilities include excellent dining halls, indoor games, Wi-Fi internet connectivity and fields for outdoor games, a separate gym for boys, a reading room, a medical aid room, and Laundry Facility, etc.

The University now has its own IIMT Life Line Hospital for providing a 24/7 medical facility, ambulance facility, and emergency facility to all IIMT students and staff.

The University’s gymnasium provides much modern fitness equipment with an attached dressing room. The students thus find ample opportunities for toning up their bodies and minds. A highly equipped and scientifically laid out gymnasium for the students where they can regularly see their health and fitness freaks work out to keep themselves fit is one of the attractions of the campus.

The University libraries have a total stock of approximately 4,00,000 publications and more than 500 National and International Journals in Management, Engineering, Hotel Management, Law, Education, Pharmacy, etc. The library also contains a rich collection of assorted material on general awareness. The University is also a member of DELNET and INDEST which provides ready access to libraries of leading institutions of the world. Librarians are relentlessly engaged in continuously augmenting our International Journals Resource Base by having EBSCO which allows access to over 4000 International Journals of repute. Online database subscriptions for data related to industries and economics are supportive research materials for faculty and students.

The University has always supported sports, and sports events and encouraged sporting talent. For this, modern indoor and outdoor game facilities are provided and students are encouraged to participate in various sports like Cricket, Hockey, Badminton, Table Tennis, Football, basketball, volleyball, Chess, Swimming, etc.

The University has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The university has a unique mess in the hostels wherein a variety of Indian, Chinese, and Continental meals and snacks are served to the multiethnic tastes of the students who themselves decide their menu. Not only that, the highly qualified Hotel Management faculties further improve the quality and taste of meals, an outstanding and unique feature of the IIMT mess. Three active cafeterias ensure nutritious refreshments for busy minds. Hygienic healthy food and snacks are provided to both students and faculty members at subsidized rates. A wide variety of snacks and meals are served on demand.

The University has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The university provides excellent transport facilities for students through buses plying on all routes in the city and nearby areas as per the requirement of the students so that they have comfortable commutation to the campus. The campus dwellers feel no distance from the civic amenities through need-based plying of regular transport from campus to the city.
