Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University (DDU Gorakhpur) was established in the year 1957 by the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act. DDU Gorakhpur University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university spread over 190.96 acres of land. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University has six faculties: Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Faculty of Law. The university provides affiliation to more than 300 colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The student-teacher ratio is 47:1. DDU Gorakhpur Scholarship
The university does not provide its own scholarship but students can avail scholarships offered by the state government. DDUGU scholarships are available for meritorious students who want to take admission to UG and PG level programmes. Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department offers various scholarships for the students of Uttar Pradesh from class 9th to post-graduation. Students can apply for the scholarships on the official website.
For the Post-matric scholarship other than 11th, 12th, the student needs to be in graduation or post-graduation course of a recognised university or college. The family income should be equal to or less than Rs. 2 lakhs/annum for the post-matric scholarship. The infrastructure of the college is genuinely calm, and with the capacitive environment, students feel soo homely. Wi-Fi connectivity of 24x7 helps us in every possible way. Meanwhile, a library is available in each department, and we also have a central library too. Hostels are hygienic and well maintained. Mess area is systematic and well maintained.

College Infrastructure
The facilities and infrastructure are available in my college like wi-fi, labs, classrooms and library. All are in a very good condition. The classrooms are air conditioned. The quality of food was really tasty and delicious in the mess and canteen.

The officials have not yet declared the dates for the release of the results. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The university has conducted the DDU UG 2021 entrance exam from August 26 to September 10. The result of DDU 2021 will be declared on the official website. To check the DDU result 2021, the candidates need to enter their test roll number and date of birth in the result login window. It is expected that the officials will soon release the results in the official website.
