The university has a neat and well-maintained campus with all the amenities that students might require. The classrooms are fully equipped with modern facilities, including projectors and proper seating, to provide students with a learning experience that is pure bliss. The library also has all the necessary books and research material available, and the campus itself is peaceful and apt for academic growth.

Facilities for classrooms and library are quite great.The lab is good, but there is no Wi-Fi here. The library has books. The infrastructure in the department is not so good. Food quality in town is good. pahadi food is top class, but I don't know about the hostel food system or quality. For local accommodation, there are one or two PG options for girls and one hostel by the campus. Local rented options are also good.

Kumaun University do offers BA LLB program under its constituent colleges. The total seats offered for BA LLB program is 180 while the course fee for the program is INR 1.41 Lakhs. If we talk about the main campus, Kumaun University offers LLB Self Finance which has total seats of 160 while the fee structure is INR 62,000. BA LLB course is not offered in the Main campus but in the allied colleges of the Kumaun University, Nainital.

Yes. Obviously you can take admission in 2nd year in other college. This process is called lateral entry. Yes you can ,its named as lateral entry but after diploma & if you study 1st year from a college and want to change the college to 2nd year its also possible but with no backlogs.
Transfer from college to college or university to university is possible. The procedure for transfer is - Transfer from one College to another : -(1)A student desirous of transfer from one College to another shall apply to the Registrar in the prescribed manner for permission for such transfer .
