Dear Bhanu ,

you are doing well .When you are want to take admission in Computer science engineering you must know the basic of IT field like C programming  ,HTML etc..but it is not mandatory .when students are came from 12th in Physics, Chemistry ,Math and Biology non IT background , it will difficult to understand the fundamental of every course .If you know the basic then It will helpful to understand subject  quickly . There is only the difference .

In your free time you can study computer fundamentals and one programming language which will help you to make start your journey smoother .

There is no mandatory but it would be good understanding of some knowledge already present related to it .

Thanks
