Merit list is based on 12th percentage bar.  for reserved category candidates there is 5% relaxation from general category minimum percentage requirement.

Selection board will collect and arrange the application form and start sorting candidates as per the eligibility criteria along with other factors. There are reservation for different categories.They will make the list which will be more appropriate for selection for different categories. candidates whose  name is in merit list can only go for further process.

Yess Sociology Hons. Is available in Panjab University Chandigarh.
To get hons. In Sociology first you have to opt Sociology as a subject in your B.A  subject combination and after passing 1st semester you eligible to take Sociology Hons.

Eligibility for BA in PU
You must have cleared 10+2 with minimum 50% from any recognized board.

Admissions in B.A is totally on Meri basis and Registration are going on.

Thank you for your query. According to the official website for NCHMCT JEE , your son will not be able to appear for the exam as he need to complete his PU to appear for the exam. You can still apply for writing the exam but the eligibility depend on University you are planning to apply.

You can apply for BA LLB from Punjab University Chandigarh if you have around 60-65% as the eligibility criteria is to get a good percentage in your 12th boards and for masters 45% in you UG.Last date of registration for the entrance test is June 13 , 2020. The following are the exam pattern:

• Duration- 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Mode: Offline
• Exam date: 27 June 2020
• Total seats available: 480 seats

Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Department of Business Economics and DFS delhi CAT cut off is high and It is around 80-85 percentile for sc students.
The cut of for Master of Business Administration (MBA) in University Business School (UBS CHANDIGARH) is around 65 percentile for sc category students.

However the cut off changes every year so you must try scoring more than the approximate percentile to be on a safer side.
