B.Sc: It has several B.Sc (Honours) programmes like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology Statistics with an intake capacity of 50 seats each, except B.Sc Economics (Honours) having only 20 seats. Admission will be based on Science subject performance in the 10+2 examinations.

BA: Several BA (Honours) programs such as English, Bengali, Economics, Political Science, History, Philosophy, Manipuri, Sanskrit, and Arabic are offered by Cachar College. Depending on the subject, the intake capacity varies between 20 and 50 seats. Admission is based on the marks secured in relevant subjects in the 10+2 examination.

Second Shift Courses: This will also have an evening program with 150 and 125 seats, respectively for B.Com and BA, targeted at students preferring evening classes or students who couldn't get admission in the regular shift.
