Dhanvanthari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences doth offer quality pharmacy education at its campuses located at Sujathanagar in Bhadra Kothagudem district in Telangana and is recognized by the A.I.C.T.E. (All India Council of Technical Education).
The admission process to DIPS evaluates students and chooses the ones with abilities and determination in their pursuit of pharmacy. For undergraduate programs, DIPS admits students based on the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test). For postgraduate programs, admissibility is determined by the test scores of GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test), which is a national level entrance test for pharmacy graduates.
The academic session at DIPS starts mostly around August-September with admission processes commencing a few months before. Henceforth, citizens in waiting should always keep their eyes glued on official communication channels regarding the application deadlines, entrance examinations, and results.
For the Barman Program:
Register for and appear in TS EAMCET.
Counseling will be between qualified candidates after the TS EAMCET results are out on the TS EAMCET portal.
Choose DIPS as one of your preferred institutions for counseling.
Those seated shall report to DIPS for document verification and admission.
For Master Programs:
Appear in GPAT Examination.
Once GPAT results are released, apply directly to DIPS or through centralized admission processes if any.
Documents submitted will include the GPAT scorecard, B.Pharma degree certificate, and mark sheets.
Participate in counseling and interview rounds if any should be conducted.
Upon selection, complete all admission formalities by paying fees and submitting original documents.
B.Pharma:
Admitted by TS EAMCET scores. Basic eligibility requires 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology. Seat cut-off changes yearly.
M.Pharma:
With three specializations provided, each with 15 seats:
Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance
Pharmaceutical Management and Regulatory Affairs
Pharmaceutics
GPAT scores-based admissions; eligibility includes a recognized B. Pharm degree. GPAT scores alone will not guarantee admission since some relative weighing of academic performance may also be considered.
Documents required are usually:
TS EAMCET/GPAT score card (as applicable)
10th and 12th standards mark sheets and certificates
B.Pharma degree certificate and mark sheets in case of M.Pharm.
Transfer certificate from the previous institution
Migration certificate (if applicable)
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Recent passport-size photographs
Any other document prescribed by the Institute
