• M.Pharma Pharmaceutics: The college has 18 seats for M.Pharma Pharmaceutics. Deccan School of Pharmacy admission into this programme would be based on TS PGECET scores and the subsequent counseling process. The minimum qualification required for application is a B.Pharm degree.
• M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis: M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis has an intake of 18 seats and is expected to have similar admission procedures to that of M.Pharma Pharmaceutics based on TS PGECET and counseling.
