The Recruitment Co-ordination Committee (RCC) has established the following rules to facilitate the process to ensure optimal flexibility for the recruiters.
Step 1: Initial Communication with the Recruiter
The RCC will send invitations to the organisations as well as the placement brochure and other relevant information. Alternatively, a company can send a description of possible job openings to the email-Id of the Indore Institute of Law placement cell.
Step 2: Pre-Placement Talks
Recruiters are encouraged to hold Pre-Placement Talks (PPT) for prospective students where they can provide important information such as the profile of the organisation, career prospects, and compensation packages etc. These powerpoint presentations can be done at any time before the pre-interview screening.
Step 3: Pre-Interview Screening Process
Recruiters can conduct a pre-interview screening process, which includes group discussions any time before the interview day. Recruiters are permitted to set their policies for shortlisting students throughout the screening process. If the recruiter does not have a specific procedure for pre-interview screening, the CV of all interested students shall be forwarded to the recruiter.
Step 4: Final Interview
Following the completion of the pre-interview screening process, the recruiter will create a final interview list, which will be sent to the RCC before the interview, along with a list of waitlisted candidates.
If an applicant on the final interview list is unable to attend the interview, the recruiter may interview waitlisted candidates instead, if the recruiter considers it necessary. If the recruiter does not have a pre-interview screening procedure in place, the list of interested students becomes the final interview list.
Step 5: Disclosure of Offers
The RCC will announce the results at the same time at the conclusion of the day to ensure that no recruiter is prejudiced. Recruiters will be required to discuss the outcomes of their final interviews and any offers made to applicants through the RCC, which will be given in a sealed envelope.
Recruiters will be asked to include a waitlist with their final offers. In the case of overlapping offers, the waitlisted candidates will be considered for the final offer from the recruiter, if the recruiter considers this appropriate. Every offer made by the recruiter shall be communicated solely to the applicant by the RCC.

Hi Mayank,
As per your query, I would suggest you go with Amity Law school, Noida. The reason for choosing it over the other colleges/institutes you have mentioned depends on upon some factors like:
See, in Amity Law School, Noida has been a wonderful place to start your college life with. There will be a mole of opportunities with good exposure to the pursuing students.
The infrasture of the college is superb comprises all the facilities an individual can dream of. Amity also has a wonderful library that is maintained according to the International level. The issue with this college is the Attendance. The attendance criteria is very strict in this college.
Academics are also very good. The syllabus and the pattern is according to what a student needs in future purposes. Sometimes, there are several advocates who are teaching the students. So this is the beat thing a college can provide.
However, the fees will be high for some students. On an average the fees for one semester is around 1.25-1.30 Lakhs which is very costly. Placwmets are average according to the fees for the whole course.
I hope this answer helps you.
Good luck.
