For Maharashtra State Candidates
The candidate should be an Indian National.
Passed H.S.S.C or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
OR
Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
Obtained score in MHT-CET 2018conducted by the competent Authority.
All India Candidature Candidates
The candidate should be an Indian National.
Passed H.S.S.C or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates residing in India only) Or in the above subjects taken together;
OR
Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates residing in India only);
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates residing in India only);
Obtained score in MHT-CET 2018 or JEE Main Paper I.
Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf Countries, Foreign National
The candidate should have passed the H.S.S.C or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks;
Remark: Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be offered provisional admission subject to the condition that they will pass the 12th/H.S.S.C. examination with the required percentage of marks on or before the cut-off date of DTE. In case, the candidate fails to produce the results of the qualifying examination on or before the cut-off date, then admission offered to such candidate will be automatically cancelled and the fees (tuition, development and other fees) paid by the candidate for the academic year 2018-19 will be forfeited.
The 15 % seats (All India Quota) will be admitted based on JEE while remaining seats will be admitted based on MH-CET
