Silchar college is one of the older colleges established in Silchar, so the camous is a bit old and classrooms are fine though not high level infrastructure are there. But basic facilities are there like canteen, a small ground, library etc. These are maintained.
I have completed economics honours from silchar college, my experience with the department is okay okay. Teachers explain concept well but there is lack of seriousness in completing syllabus. You have to do your own hoemwork.Still, faculty support is there if you put in effort.
There are no placements till date. and this is actually not relevant for the area where this college belonged as it is a small town no such great industries are available people mostly go outside the town to get a job.
The campus also has areas for sports and extracurricular activities, making it a balanced environment for both academics and personal growth.Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors, the library has a good collection of books, and the computer labs are updated for practical learning.
The Teachers plays a big role in shaping us. They not only focus on teaching the syllabus but also discuss real-life business scenarios, case studies, and current market trends. This makes learning more practical and interesting.Regular seminars, guest lectures, and mentorship programs add to the overall learning quality.
Some companies from the finance, marketing, and HR domains come for campus recruitment. While the packages are mostly average, the college provides good support in terms of training sessions, resume building, and interview preparation. Students who actively participate in internships and skill-building workshops generally secure better opportunities.
The infrastructure is very good and clear. The hostel is good with comfortable space for living along with attached washrooms and mess food facility. We have a sports ground, a gym and medical facilities as well. The classroom is modernized with projectors, etc. The Wi-Fi is present everywhere.
The exams are not that hard to pass, and the curriculum is updated with a mixture of theoretical training along with projects where [practical exposure and experience is given to make students industry and job-ready. The faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable.
Almost all the students get placed, with around night five and above being the placement rate. The highest package backed by students was for twenty-eight Lacs per annum, and the average package was around twelve Lacs per annum. The top recruiters include Deloitte, EY, Amazon, etc.

The infrastructure was excellent. It was built in a good area with zero traffic zone. The campus was 2 acres and provides separate hostels for girls and boys. They also provide good gardening on the college premises. The climate was good, and the food in the hostel was not up to the mark but students can manage it.
The best faculty members in the world. The staff had international exposure where students can earn much knowledge from them. They will help students if they were not able to understand. Most of the faculty members were Ph.D. holders who had a lot of knowledge and experience.
This college will provide students with the best companies for applying for jobs. Even in a hard time, i.e lockdown students use to get a lot of opportunities from the campus itself. I am from marketing specialization and I got placed in of the reputed IT company for corporate sales

Infrastructure is very good. Hostels are also beautiful. Wi-Fi is available 24X7. The hostel food is good. They also conduct food festivals for a penny a month. They provide 4 times a day. Medical facilities are also good. There are many sports clubs, you can join any club.
Teachers are helpful in their teaching quality. This course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. To get pass marks is very easy if you study but the exams will be held very strictly. They take severe action on malpractice.
The percentage of students who get placed is very good. The highest package is 40 LPA. The average salary is 9 LPA offered at Alliance. There are many top recruiting companies like LBM, etc. There are internships of 100% and lastly there are many roles.

Free Wi-Fi facility is available on the whole campus, but you need to register first on the college network. It also has a well-equipped computer lab, and PCs in the lab are also well-maintained. There is also a hostel for boys and girls. The food on the campus is good.
Teaching skills of faculty members are quite good. The course covers the basics knowledge related to the industry, which makes students free to learn and explore more on their own. Exams are not that difficult to crack with a passing percentage of 50%, which can be done with some effort.
Our college has the best placement facility. As our college is well-reputed, it provides good opportunities for students to get placed in top companies. There are high chances to get placed, but it is purely based on student's performance in the selection process. Currently, about 25% of the batch got placed with the highest salary package of 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.7 LPA.

The infrastructure of our college is very good. It has a huge campus with great facilities. Due to the pandemic, lectures are conducted online, but they are as good as in the normal classroom. We are accessed to an online library where we can refer to as many books as we can.
Here we follow the trimester pattern, and in each trimester, we learn new technologies. Faculty members in our college are very good. They help out the students to understand the concepts. They also help the students to build good projects. The course curriculum is advanced, and it also meets the industry standards for the enhancement of learning.
In the current year, about 50% of the students get placed till now, but every year all the students get placed from each course. Many good companies visit our campus for placements. Placements are very good compared to other colleges. One can expect the job role of project trainee or software developer.

The infrastructure of MIT is quite good. The campus is big and well maintained with clean classrooms and proper seating. The library has a decent collection of books along with online study material. Labs are modern and equipped with the required instruments and computers. Hostel facilities are available with Wi-Fi and food service. Sports grounds, cafeteria and medical facilities are also there which make student life comfortable.
The academics of MIT are overall good. The syllabus is updated and covers the latest industry needs. Teachers are knowledgeable, some are very supportive and explain well, while a few are average in their teaching style. Practical exposure is given through projects, workshops, and industrial visits. The exam pattern is balanced, and if students are regular in classes, they can manage well.
The placement record of MIT is decent. Many reputed companies from IT, core, and management fields visit the campus for recruitment. Students who maintain good academic performance and skills usually get placed with good packages. Some students get very high offers, while for average students, the package is moderate. The college also provides training sessions, aptitude practice, and soft skills development to improve placement chances.
The campus life at MIT is lively and full of activities. Students get chances to participate in cultural fests, technical events, and sports tournaments. There are different clubs and societies where students can explore their interests apart from studies. The environment is friendly and supportive, which helps in building confidence and teamwork. With good facilities, canteen, and hangout spaces, life on campus feels balanced between academics and enjoyment.
Overall, it is an good college
Our college infrastructure is quite good with spacious classrooms and proper seating arrangement. The library has a decent collection of books through it can be improved further. Labs are well maintained and updated with the required equipment.
The academy environment of my college is supportive. Most of the teachers are knowledgeable and explain topics with real life examples. But some teacher demotivate the students and are very strict and wants to overpower students.
The placement opportunities are improving every year. Some reputed companies visits our campus and offers decent package to student They also give us internship oportunities so that we have learn about the jobs and perform better.
The campus life is enjoyable and give us good memories. There are different fest, cultural events and extra curricular activities throughout the year which kept students engaged . The crowed is friendly and supportive.
I would like to say the overall college is below average.
They claim that they have world-class facilities is also fake. Hostellers are made to pay 1.5 LPA, and in the end, we had to pay extra for laundry, water, electricity, etc. Buses are the dirtiest and not clean, and even the bathrooms are very dirty. Mess food also is pathetic. No sports and games are available at all.
Teachers here are the worst. Previously we had good teachers but currently, they have appointed random teachers with very limited knowledge. The course curriculum is not relevant. The teachers teach what they're in the mood for and conduct the exam on that and give everyone a 10 CGPA.
Let me let you all know that the claims made by all the positive reviews written by students are fake and were forced by the college in return for marks. That itself talks a lot about the college. The placements are the worst. Bad companies come with bad offers. A lot of students were made to stand in petrol stations and traffic signals with placards. Such horrible jobs were offered.

The campus is divided into different blocks for various courses. The classrooms are spacious, and there are computer labs with internet access for students. The central library has a good collection of books, with multiple copies for each subject. Wi-Fi is available in most areas of the campus.
The faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable about their subjects. They complete the syllabus on time and conduct regular internal exams along with the main semester exams. Teachers not only guide students academically but also motivate them to prepare for competitive exams and further studies.
The college holds some placement drives, but most visiting companies are startups or offer low salary packages, usually between 10,000 and 15,000 per month. Many students choose to pursue further studies like MCA instead of depending on campus placements. The college does not provide adequate internship opportunities.
The college infrastructure is decent in a few classrooms, but most are in poor condition. Many rooms lack AC and have uncomfortable seating. Drinking water facilities are also inadequate, making it inconvenient for students, especially during summers.
The quality of teaching varies by teacher, but in the commerce department, most are knowledgeable and supportive. Classes are engaging, and concepts are explained well, making learning effective and interesting overall.
I’m not fully aware of the detailed placement process yet, but the placement cell here is very active and supportive. From what I’ve heard, last year many students got placed in reputed companies with impressive offers, decent packages, and promising roles.
College life here is lively with good connectivity to other North Campus colleges. Students can easily participate in inter-college events, fests, and communities, making the experience vibrant and socially engaging.

Infrastructure is not that much good to give it the fame of Institute of national importance. Several schools have very good infrastructure than this Institute. Being centralised, it has been 10 years now, the infrastructure is not improved yet.
Academically it is very strong. Very good curriculum and exams are being conducted with at most fairness. Several experienced profs are there. The Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, is one of India’s premier engineering institutions, recognized as an Institute of National Importance.
IIEST Shibpur has a strong placement record with top recruiters like TCS, Microsoft, Google, and L&T visiting annually. Core, IT, and consultancy sectors dominate. The average package is competitive, with top offers exceeding ₹30 LPA. The placement cell actively supports training and career development.
IIEST Shibpur’s vibrant campus life features diverse clubs, cultural fests, sports, and technical events. The supportive community and green campus create a lively, engaging environment for learning and growth.
Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors for presentations. There are computer labs dedicated to BCA students, The campus also features sports fields and a separate area for indoor games, creating a balanced environment between academics and extracurricular activities.
Teachers are approachable, and regular assignments, presentations, and tests keep students engaged in their learning. They encourage students to focus on coding, projects, and skill-building to bridge the placement gap.
Placements for BCA students at BIT Meerut are not very strong. Students in technical courses like B.Tech get decent opportunities, but very few companies come to campus specifically for undergraduate hiring in BCA.
The college has good infrastructure with smart classrooms, clean labs, a rich library, and decent hostels. Wi-Fi is available, and the campus is green and clean. Canteen food is okay but affordable.
good academics are strong with qualified faculty and updated syllabus. Classes are regular, and most teachers are helpful. Notes and study material are provided. Exams are fair, but attendance is strict.
nice Placements are decent with top companies visiting. Most get internships in final year. Packages vary, but core and IT jobs are common. College offers training, but students must also prepare well.
The library is very resourceful, offering academic and reference books, along with e-learning facilities. The hostel facilities are also decent, providing proper security, clean rooms, and a good mess area. The campus environment is peaceful and conducive to studying.
The faculty members in the MCA department are professional and supportive. Most have both academic expertise and industry experience, which helps students understand concepts practically. They emphasize coding, projects, and industry-related assignments to prepare students for the IT sector.
Organizations like Cognizant, Mindtree, Byju’s, Adobe, and Tech Mahindra came to the campus and hired several MCA students. The highest package offered reached around 18 LPA, while the average package ranged between 4 to 5 LPA. Almost every student with good technical skills got placed, and many received multiple offers.
The campus is small and features mix of old and new buildings, being one of the oldest colleges in Meerut. There are one main library with a reasonable collection of academic books, but the facilities lack modern updates. Classrooms are spacious, although not all are well kept. Students do not have proper Wi-Fi, and computer access is limited.
The B.Sc teachers are experienced and knowledgeable, particularly in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. However, the faculty-student ratio is unbalanced, leading to overcrowded classes at times. The teaching approach focuses more on theory than practical activities, prompting students to study independently.
Dn College does not provide good placements for B.Sc students. The college lacks a dedicated placement cell for this course, and companies rarely come to recruit B.Sc graduates. Most students miss out on campus opportunities and focus on higher studies like M.Sc, MCA, or competitive exams instead. Those who want to work after graduation usually need to find jobs on their own outside the college.
he college infrastructure is impressive, with modern classrooms equipped with smart boards and comfortable seating arrangements. The library is spacious and well-stocked with resources. Sports facilities are also great, offering various outdoor and indoor options. The campus is well-maintained, with clean pathways and abundant greenery.
The academic curriculum is comprehensive and covers all necessary topics in depth. Professors are knowledgeable and generally approachable, often encouraging students to participate in discussions and critical thinking. The workload can be intense at times, but it ensures that we are well-prepared for the real world.
The placement cell is quite active and supportive, regularly conducting training sessions, mock interviews, and resume-building workshops. Many reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Deloitte visit the campus every year. A good number of students from CS, IT, and ECE branches get placed with decent packages.
