School of Law, UPES offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree programmes in Law, Total For undergraduate courses, candidates must have completed their 10+2 in required subjects with a minimum of 50 percent marks. For postgraduation courses, they must ensure successful completion of 10+2 in 50 percent of marks and successful completion of any graduation in 50 percent of marks. Candidates are required to successfully completion of 10+2 in any subject with a minimum of 50 percent of marks. They are further required to appear in ULSAT.
Candidates who have secured an 80 percent or above marks in 10+2 in five main subjects including English are exempted from appearing in ULSAT

Successful completion of 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent of marks and successful completion of graduation with L.LB. or equivalent with a minimum of 50 percent of marks is required for admission in L.L.M. course in School of Law, UPES.
Candidates must ensure successful completion of a Master’s degree or a professional degree equivalent to a Master’s degree with an aggregate of 55 percent of marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC- 7 point scale.
They must possess an excellent academic or professional track record in relevant disciplines.
A relaxation of 5 percent is provided to candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC non-creamy layer, specially-abled as per UGC regulations.
