The BA LL.B (Hons.), BBA LL.B (Hons.), and LL.B with specialisation in Disruptive Technologies Law at UPES School of Law focuses on the rapidly evolving legal challenges created by emerging technologies. The curriculum builds a strong theoretical foundation around disruptive technologies in cyberspace, covering cyber criminology, cyber law jurisprudence, technology-enabled offences, and the regulatory frameworks that govern them.

With a balance of classroom learning and application-led pedagogy, including seminars, case studies, research projects, and presentations—students develop the ability to analyse real-world disputes and provide legal insights on compliance within fast-growing technology-driven sectors.
