The LL.M. Intellectual Property Rights program offered by the School of Law at UPES is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects related to intellectual property. By studying IPR, students are equipped with the necessary skills to analyze and interpret complex legal issues surrounding intellectual property.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the LL.M. Intellectual Property Rights program as outlined below: Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50%marks in Graduation with LLM Degree or equivalent.
