72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programme in Planning shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should pass master's Degree or equivalent in any specialization of Architecture, Planning, and Design (minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade). Candidates possessing an M.Phil Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade and a Master’s degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned discipline shall also be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. program.
