Dhubri Law College had come to be recognized as one of the premier law institutions of Dhudri, Assam. The college offers courses for full time, namely BA LLB Integrated (5 year), LLB (3 year), and LLM (2 year), where each of these different modes of admission tests and assesses the capability and zeal of aspiring law students.

Admission tests for the LLB and BA LLB Integrated programs are conducted by the college on a merit basis. The entire fee for this course is Rs. 1,52,500.

LLB: Following the application procedure, finalists are called to Dhubri Law College after three years of study. This LLB program uses a systematic technique to select students. Eligible students are chosen based on merit, entrance exam, and interview. Admission exams are conducted on the college campus according to a pre-announced timetable. The total fee for this program is Rs 1,00,500.

There is also a two-year postgraduate program in legal studies (LLM) offered by the college. The LLM admission procedure is ambiguous, but it is likely that it will be done on a merit basis relative to each candidate's results at the LLB level.
