The Career Guidance & Placement Cell of Government College For Girls, Ludhiana sends invitations to recruiting companies for campus recruitment.
The cell then fixes the dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Interested students have to register their names and share their respective resumes with the placement cell.
Students of GCG Ludhiana are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles, and job profiles offered by them.
Eligible candidates also have to appear and qualify for the written test, group discussion, and interview rounds.
