The Infrastructure is highly outdated and disappointing. Classroom are often overcrowded, poorly ventilated and lack basic cleanliness. There is no Wi-Fi for students and the library, through present, lacks updated Books relevant to commerce and finance.
Faculty members are cooperative and try their best to deliver lectures. They gave us notes and proper lectures to help us understand really well. They provide correct knowledge to the students. The behaviour of teachers is good.
The placement opportunities are virtually non-existent for B.Com students at Meerut College. The Institution lacks a proper placement cell for commerce streams, and there is no structured internship programs or campus recruitment drives.
The Infrastructure caters decently to academic needs. The statistics lab is functional, with system available for statistical software practice, through more modern upgrades could enhance the experience. The library has key reference books and jounals related to probability and mathematical statistics
The Faculty is the highlight of the department. Professors are approachable and always ready to assist with both theory and applications. Regular problem-solving sessions and guidance for NET and competitive exams make learning enriching.
The Placement for M.Sc statistics are gradually evolving. Students often find roles in data analytics, teaching or research with the help of their professors and academic circles. Several classmates secured opportunities in private institutions and coaching centres.

The campus is quite old and feels outdated in many parts. Some bulidings are in need of maintenance, especially the classrooms, which are big but not very clean or comfortable. Benches are old and there is no air-conditioning in lecture halls.

Some others follow only textbook methods are rarely use real-life examples. The academic schedule is followed strictly, and exams are taken seriously.

In our college when a student are in 3rs year the compainies came in our college fro recruitment Some students recruit and some are not, so they apply for the out of campus job.I really like this college.

BSc. Biotechnology is very good course students can pursue after 12th. It is combination of biology and technology. Under this course students are taught, how biology can be applied in technology for human welfare.
It is a three year course. Many colleges like Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi Technological Institute, Jai Hind College, etc. provide this course. The fees for the course may vary from college to college.
There are many more colleges.
The eligibility criteria is that candidate must qualify with minimum 50% in PCMB for UR category and 45 % for SC/ST.
