Hiralal Mazumder memorial College is one of the heritage college in West Bengal. All building was built in 19th century. So we have small garden, modern library, nutrition laboratory and canteen. Faculty room and a small playground is also in our campus. Many old books are available in our modern library.
Academics
The Basic eligibility criteria of our college admission is 65% of total marks and minimum 80% of nutrition in 12th standard (for Nutrition honours). Our syllabus is quite tough. All nutrients charts, dieting and healthy food charts are also in our syllabus. The professors are too knowledgeable and helpful.
Placements
Placement is really very moderate after completing Graduation. Some of our seniors got job in small hospitals as a junior dietician. Every year almost 30-40% students are got jobs after graduation. But Real scenario is quite tough. All we must have to complete Post graduation to get a safe job as a health consultant in any hospital

The college infrastructure was good according to the fee structure. The campus was clean and well-maintained with proper classrooms, computer labs, and a spacious library. There was a canteen, RO drinking water, and some greenery. The college had two buildings, one for UG and one for PG students. However, the air conditioners were mostly not working, which was a major drawback, especially during summers. Overall, the infrastructure was decent and slightly above average according to the cost also everything was quite good.

The academics were good and well-organized. I pursued a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce, which included both management and technical subjects like Python, C++, and business-related courses. Regular class tests and semester exams helped us stay focused on our studies. The faculty members were generally supportive and guided students whenever needed. However, the level of support depended on the individual teacher, as everyone had a different teaching style. Overall, I had a good academic experience.

The placement support was quite good. The college regularly organized guest lectures and motivational sessions to help students prepare for their careers. However, most of the preparation depended on the students themselves, and the college mainly provided guidance and opportunities. The placement team tried its best to connect students with recruiters, but getting selected ultimately depended on the student's skills and performance. Overall, my placement experience was good.

As i would like to say that they don't pay fully attention to the students and not make them job ready or placement ready like they just directly put the students in the placement cells for interview and group discussion without making them prepare fully.

Not that big campus but not that small also. You can easily find departments and class rooms. Have separate buildings for commerce, arts and science. But classrooms don't have smart equipment like Smart board and all they have wifi but not accessible to students. Hygienic wise it's good.

Academically college is good. Here teachers guides you and very helpful. They teach well and kind of friendly to their students. Syllabus and exam pattern all are based on Rajasthan University as it is affiliated to Rajasthan University.

Placements are not that good especially in non technical streams. Percentage is also just 20-30% because most of the students prepare for competative exams beside college. But college is supportive towards placements.

Campus life is also good. Teachers not force you to only study but they also encourage you to participate in different activities like dancing competition and cultural activities and sports competition. NCC is also there in the college.

According to what we pay to the college they are giving you best. But few things like canteen need to improve. There are few students who came from countryside they ruin the decoram sometimes but not all students are like that. As this campus on the main road sometimes traffic noises also disrupt class. And students don't have any sitting area other than canteen after their classes.

And also the attendance in important.overall the experience is good but the sometimes there is a issue of the biasedness from the teachers or i don't know only I felt that. Sometimes the teachers not allowed for the washroom or to fill the water bottle .

Calcutta University is one of oldest college in West Bengal in our generation. Large classrooms, well furnished library and well equipped labs were there. Old culture Vibes were truly reflected in our college. For the research purpose I had a great experience in M.com
Academics
The basic criteria of our college for M.com was 65% marks in honours paper(B.Com course). The faculty members were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind hearted in our generation. But they were very strict also. The syllabus was quietly tough in our time.
Placements
Placement of Calcutta University is overall moderate for M.com in our time. Top students got placement in some small company as an accountant. Some other people got a job in some banks also. After passing M.com I got job as a school teacher

The minimum criteria for admission in our college is 60 percent minimum cut off. And it also offers Micro biology and nutrition horns. Our faculty members and our lab assistants are very helpful in every prospect.

in our college the placement is moderately good. And maximum students of our college always get admission in upper level college very easily. Also the college place internships for our courses after our course.

St John’s College in Agra, was a very famous college known for its affiliation to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University. The campus in itself was very huge and had a lot of facilities. There was a girl’s common room which had a lot of indoor sports. The outdoor field was also accessible for sports such as cricket and football. The campus also had a beautiful chapel. The library was also very huge and had a lot of material for postgraduate studies to refer to.

The academics at St John’s college was very good, and it was renowned for its B.Sc and M.Sc programmes. I pursued M.Sc in mathematics because of my interest in the subject. The handling faculty were very helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum was updated and fulfilled all the requirements for the subject.
Placements
The quality of placements at St. John’s was also very good. Approximately 80% of students used to get placed after college. Average package was somewhere around 6 LPA and highest package was around 15 LPA. The college and the faculty was also very supportive during the placement process. Although the placement process during that time was very different than what it is now, student still used to get good employment opportunities after having studied at St. John’s college.
