College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of Zakir Husain College has improved significantly in recent years. The campus is modern and well-maintained, with newly built classrooms, smart boards, and a renovated library stocked with thousands of books and e-resources. Science students benefit from advanced laboratories with updated equipment. The college also offers Wi-Fi connectivity, computer labs, and a good auditorium for events and seminars. Sports facilities, a clean canteen, and common rooms for students contribute to a comfortable environment. However, the campus area is relatively small compared to other DU colleges like North Campus institutions, which can feel a bit crowded during peak hours. The college’s location near Delhi Gate and the Metro station makes it easily accessible. Despite limited space, the infrastructure is functional, eco-friendly, and caters to both academic and extracurricular needs effectively.

The most important thing for me in any college is how well structured the classrooms the corridors and the library is I am fan of this college infrastructure because I spend most of the time in college library and I enjoy ac environment there.
