see as computer science is most demanding branch right now, you may get a good paying job either of the college you select, but i suggest you to go to wit solapur as it has excellent placement record and also mass recruiter company like tcs, cognizant visits campus. mit alandi is not have that good placement compare to this. hope it would help.
No worries if you do not clear Jee mains the only thing is you will not be eligible for JosAA counselling and not applicable for NIT and IIIT. Other than you can apply to universities which are private, government which accept Jee score or the Boards Marks.
