Our department has smart classrooms, labs for coding, AI, IoT, and networking. Tools like outer and IoT kits help with projects. There is also a library, good Wi-Fi, and space for students to study and work on ideas. Library, project space, and 24/7 Wi-Fi.
Academics
The teachers were highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful, with a focus on interactive teaching and providing real-world insights. The course curriculum is relevant and well-structured, equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to be ready in the field.
Placements
Exception, with nearly 50-80% placement rates. The average package typically ranges from 3-8 LPA, with higher packages for standout students in tech. Top recruiting companies for my course are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and HCL. The top roles offered are networking and telecommunication roles, embedded systems and IoT roles, cloud computing roles.

The college entrance is full of green trees. But there is a bad smell that is unbearable; it must be cleaned every day to prevent that. The college is away from the city, so there is less pollution. The college has Wi-Fi, but speed is an issue. The college library has many books, newspapers, notes, and study materials. The hostel has separate blocks for girls and boys; in one room, 2 people stay with attached washrooms.
Academics
The teachers provide high-quality education, making students industry-ready through skill development courses. All faculty members are friendly and approachable, helping us solve any problems and relieving stress. Well-experienced professors guide the students well.
Placements
The Department conducts programs that help the students enhance their knowledge and equip themselves with industry-relevant skills and technology. Soft skills training is arranged to help the students ace the selection process and give them a superior edge in the competitive job markets. Non-placed students are assisted with placements for a year after their graduation through 'Off-Campus' initiatives and referrals

I am 3rd year ECE student in Thangavelu Engineering College, Chennai. College has decent infrastructure with adequate classrooms and labs. Lab equipments are usable but some need updates for latest tech. Campus is average, not very big but clean. There are good study areas and library with enough books for our subjects.
Academics
Teachers are helpful but sometime explanations are fast, so I need to revise more by myself. Syllabus is bit tough but manageable with regular practice. Practical sessions give good understanding of theories taught. College organizes workshops and seminars sometimes which helps to gain more knowledge out of syllabus.
Placements
Placement support is available but mostly for IT jobs and software companies. Electronics and communication core companies had fewer visits. Placement training helps in improving communication and technical skills

Campus life is good with active student clubs and technical events along with cultural fests.

N.K. Orchid College of Engineering and Technology is a good place for CSE aspirants. It provides necessary facilities and guidance, though placements could be better. Still, it gives a strong platform for future growth.

In our college, our department is in a separate building, and that is good in terms of infrastructure. Also, the laboratory equipment is of an updated version. In our hostel, there are two buildings for boys, the food is really good, and the hostel maintenance is very good.
Academics
In our department, the faculty are well-qualified and experienced; some of them have completed their Ph.D. They are friendly while teaching and convey the topics in an understandable way. We don’t face any difficulty in exams as they provide the best notes in an understandable way.
Placements
In our college, they will teach us to understand the process of the interview and also provide good training and placement planning for the campus interview, so that is well and good. Our college provides some good internships, and there are some companies.

We have good infrastructure and the environment to study, and hygiene is maintained all kind of facilities are provided for sports, yoga. Hostel food is very good and cleanliness is maintained. The hostel rooms are well maintained and the warden of the hostel is nice to students.

Faculty: The teachers in biet are very helpful and cooperative. They clear the doubts students have about the ongoing topics in college. The exam curriculum is well followed. The exam is not so tough we can score an average passing marks easily while it is little hard for getting full marks.

Best placed students from our college. Wipro, TCS, Infosys are top companies coming to hire and the highest salary offered is 12 lpa and the average is 5 Lpa. Almost all the students get placed there are 99 percent placements. There are many roles offered for students to perform

Some of the lectures are quite awesome. They taught me in a very simpler manner. Some associate professors are yet to be developed in teaching. The senior lectures are the ones who take us the classes and they are the ones in guiding us to the every steps we take in our student journey.

College is under-construction since the day I have joined , no proper equipment in labs, hospital. Very poor hygiene and you will find many doctors than patients here and there will be no power backup if current gone and there will be water leakage in hospital when it rains

Only first year feels good with proper faculty and dissection hall and labs from next we won't have proper faculty you should study by yourself. Patient flow is very low we will get very low exposure for clinicals
Placements
There is internship for one year in hospital of nimra itself after completion of four years of study where you b will get a chance to work under various departments and here we can gain some knowledge

We get chance to work under college affiliated hospital after completing our final year exams. Then we are posted under different departments and 2 months in PHC where we will learn by directly interacting with patients

The teachers are qualified, and almost everyone holds a Ph.D., and those who don't hold, they are pursuing. The mid-sem exams are very easy to score, but the sem-end exams are a bit tough compared to the mid-sem exams. The passing percentage is 40% in both mid-sem and sem-end exams

Almost 90 percent of students who have a good CGPA get placed, and the highest package till now is 54 LPA and the average ranges from 3 to 4 LPA. At the end of the 7th sem, everyone must do an internship in the companies and work there. Due to internships, job opportunities become higher.
