Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology was established in 1986. The college has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and is a constituent college of Nitte (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. NMAM Karkala Undergraduate programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi under Tier-I category.
The college is accredited by NAAC with a grade of A+. Courses offered at NMAM Karkala are undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. College Infrastructure
college infrastructure is a bit old but its comfortable enough. many classrooms have ac's and washrooms are well maintained. hostel infrastructure is good . There is a gym separately for boys and girls.
college is very good and my core selection is very good camp

The institute has secured 138th rank by the NIRF in the engineering category in the year 2021. NMAMIT is a reputed college in the city. The environment around the campus is pretty good. Facilities of civil engineering are too good and friendly. Fantastic placements are available. This college is in a forest kind of location. It was established in 1986, with programs in computer science, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering.
The college is run by the Nitte Education Trust, which was founded in 1979 and a former speaker of Lok Sabha. The college is situated in the village of Nitte in an interior area of the Udupi district. It is around 57 km from Mangalore. The various departments, laboratories, and hostels are located on a 100-acre campus. It has a low cost and affordable fees.
