The University of Kota offers comfortable and secure accommodation for male students through its well-equipped boys' hostel facility. The University has Kota medical facilities for University staff, and students are provided with an experienced medical officer (part-time) with a 24-hour emergency facility. The University has recognized a number of good multi-specialty hospitals in the town for providing medical facilities to the employees. The reimbursement of medical expenditure incurred is made as per the Government of Rajasthan rules. The University has ensured all employees have access to their medical treatment.

The University has a multi-purpose gymnasium hall with playing areas of 36m x 28m x 12.5m for the basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, wrestling area, judo area, gymnastic exercise & apparatus area. The University of Kota also has a squash court, table tennis playing area, and multi-gym exercise floor with 16 stations of multi-gym exercise machines have been constructed on the campus.

The University's Central Library was established in 2003 with the aim of catering to the academic interests of readers such as undergraduates, postgraduates, research scholars, and faculty, and has a collection of thousands of books, including textbooks and reference books on different subjects. The University of Kota Central Library is currently subscribing to more than 90 printed journals and various electronic journals through the UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium, now known as E-Shodh Sindhu (INFLIBNET Centre), in different disciplines. Kota University Central Library is also using SOUL (Software for University Libraries) for library routine work.
