University of Kota Course Admissions 2024- Eligibility & Selection

University of Kota Diploma Admission 2024

• The candidate must have passed class 10 from a recognized board.
• The candidate must have obtained the minimum required marks in the qualifying examination.
• Graduation in any discipline for Post Graduate Diploma

University of Kota UG Admission 2024

• The candidate must have passed class 12 from a recognized board.
• Must have obtained the minimum required marks in the qualifying examination.
• After satisfying the above-said eligibility, candidates need to submit the application form.  

University of Kota PG Admission 2024

For admission to PG courses such as MA, MSc, MTech and others, below mentioned eligibility has to be satisfied

• The candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Obtained a minimum 48% marks in the qualifying examination or as specified

University of Kota Ph.D. Admission 2024

• Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/differently-abled candidates).
•  Must have a valid National Eligibility Test (NET) score or GATE score or equivalent score in the relevant field.
• Must have a satisfactory research proposal.

University of Kota Admission 2024- Application process

• Candidates must first visit the official website of Kota University and check the eligibility criteria for the course and program one is interested in.
• Fill out the online application form and submit it along with the required documents and application fee.
• If required, appear for the entrance examination conducted by the university.
• Once you are shortlisted, attend the counselling session and select your preferred college and course.
• Pay the admission fee and complete the other admission formalities.

• Latest colored photograph 
• Scanned copy of signature by black pen on white paper 
• Mark sheet of the secondary or equivalent examination
• Mark sheet of the senior secondary or equivalent examination
• Mark sheets of all years/ all semesters of the graduation examination, where these are required
• Certificate of the secondary examination 
• Domicile certificate 
• Caste certificate, if required 

Note: Non-Creamy Layer Caste Certificate of OBC and MBC should not old more then one year along with the Declaration Form.
