- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology /Architecture relevant field with or without work experience with minimum 50% marks from recognized university/Institution.
- Candidate must have passed the final examination with the minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
- Candidate should appeared for CET/CAT/MAT/ATMA/AIMA/AIMA/GMAT etc. Examination with non-zero positive score.
- If a student has not appeared for any entrance examination shall appear for PERA foundation entrance exam.
- Candidate who are in final year of their graduation is eligible to apply and can take the provisional admission.
