Note: For the MBA programme, candidates appearing for their final graduation examinations in April–May 2027 may also apply. Candidates who do not meet the merit-based cutoff are automatically considered, provided they satisfy profile-based criteria (Strong record across 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation; between 12 to 42 months of full-time, paid work experience after graduation; valid scores of entrance exams accepted by KJSIM). There is only one application form for both Merit-based and Profile-based shortlisting. Candidates are evaluated through both processes.

• For MBA-HCM, shortlisting for Problem Situation Analysis and Personal in-depth Interview will be based on Profile, Entrance Exam Scores and Past Academic Record. WAT process will be conducted online.

• For MBA- Sports Management, shortlisting for Problem Situation Analysis and Personal in-depth Interview will be based on Profile, Entrance Exam Scores and Past Academic Record. PI process will be conducted offline/online. 

• For MBA Marketing Communication, shortlisting for Problem Situation Analysis and Personal in-depth Interview will be based on Video Resume, Entrance Exam Scores and Past Academic Record. Good communication skills/fluency are also required for consideration for the further interview process.
