There is no faculty assigned to look after placements. everything is handled by the students thus not many good companies visit the campus also thers an ego clash between placement cell students and others and alot of politics get involved hampering quality of placements.

After CMAT you have to apply for CAP and candidate who are from other state can apply for CAP from DTE.there is 4 rounds in CAP first three rounds is alloted for centralised process last round is for maharashtra candidates only.
