College Infrastructure
Ok first of all there was no parking, there was no WiFi and no cleanliness at all especially in boys washrooms. Lift also didn’t work. The college was in BHEL campus. The canteen was the worst, with rude staff.
Academics
Curriculum overall was really bad, but finance teacher was one saving grace, that sir teaching was really great. We did get assignments and it was easy to get marks especially in internals. English subject was nice.
Placements
We did not have placements at all. In my college last year there was Covid so no placements attention was given, no companies came and no placements were done from my batch. Everything was being done virtually and we did not have a dedicated placement cell as well.

The college has got good infrastructure with 4 lifts and got a canteen too. The classes has AC and smart boards also meeting room, e library, etc. It also has wifi, a turf, computer labs. They also have hostels in the campus and outside the campus as well.

The quality of teaching is good, teachers are really cooperative, they help us resolving queries and questions and also motivates us to pursue our dreams. The curriculum is industry relevant and we are provided case studies and assignments in which we visit the factories actually and understand the processes. We are also been provided with add on courses such as excel, power bi, etc.
Placements
I'm a first year student so i dont actually know about the placements but I've heard about the placements provided like they aren't up to mark in certain domains like finance, IT, etc. The average is stated to be 7 LPA but seniors says that their aren't enough packages.

Vesim do have a good campus. It has got the sitting area infront of the building and also a little garden kind of pace with a vivekananda statue in between.Staff is kind and helpful here. We also have turf above the building where we can engage in sports activities.

In this college we have good infrastructure and climate conditions. We have Wi-Fi facility and central library. Once in a week sports we be conducted. We have medical facilities also but we don't have good lab facility. For both boys and girls hostel are available but the food is not too good. I stayed in the hostel for one year.

Some of the faculty is too good. They are very useful to the students not only for subject but also in personal. The use projectors for coding and diagrammatic. We get industry visit for yearly once. For the CSE students I think it is not much use full.

In this college we don't have good opportunity for the placements. But faculty is trying to get the companies for the students. Until now they provide 10 companies but all are product base and marketing companies. Campus providing SEED class to the students about awareness of interview. But in future definitely placement percentage will be increased.

Drgcop is a decent college. I won't say its the best college but it a practical gives exposure which might not be given in other colleges yet I would say it doesn't have that good infrastructure and buildings and benches.

Drgcop is good academically. It takes various curricular and extracurricular activities in and out of the college which improves students morale and also give students to improve their decision making skills.
Placements
College doesn't provide that much placements. It give opportunities that involve various placement drive pool but that for the medical coding and marketing jobs but not the regulatory jobs and R&D jobs.

Faculty members are good. Their teaching is very nice and easy to understand. They are very supportive. Exams are conducted at the right time. Faculty members always support students and help with placements. They always help students in education and other cultural activities.

Out of 600, only 2-3 students are selected. The highest package is 14 LPA, and even though it is an off-campus placement. The lowest package is 10 LPA for our course. The top recruiting company is Cognizant. Many students won't do internships as they do not have the knowledge of that.

Even there is a bus service for girls hostel. The food served is above average in the canteen. There are different sports available for students.

We have knowledgeable faculty members in various subjects and they will be quite helpful in your growth. The course curriculum will be updated from time to time by industry standards and it will be relevant. Exams are easy to clear if you have a clear understanding and the pass percentage is above 90 almost all times.
Placements
In the 2017-21 batch of CSE, almost all the students got placed because of various drives from companies. The technical growth you gain from 4 years will make it easy to get placed. Companies like Amazon, Virtusa, TCS, Capgemini, CTS, etc., are some of the top recruiting companies. A good amount of students got internships in CTS, Mac software where you can even be offered FTE

College Academic buildings and labs are well equipped for the most part. Every equipment works but the usage is very limited. Instead of the smart board being used for a deeper dive and visual learning, it ended up being used to put up pre made slides from a few years back by the teachers (2 teachers to be specific in Civil Engineering department) But there are others as well that use it well. The transportation department teachers were very good at visually explaining an otherwise monotonous chapter for example. The labs on the other hand, we had like 1/4th of the semester one time, where the hydraulics lab was under maintenance for most experiments. Besides that the experience has been good. Cleanliness and working water coolers and toilets is on the positive side, especially 2nd year onwards when you are in your own department building (Civil/ EE/ ME/ Chemical) the center court is an open space with greenery and as a student, one of the highlights of hanging out and strolling in the teaching block. You must get your library card made as well, not only for older hard copies of books, but for their digital section as well that helps access research papers on behalf of MANIT. In all, the facilities are there, though sometimes you have to push harder to make use of them.
Academics
Teaching quality really depends on who is teaching. For the Civil Department, especially a lot of younger professors are more engaging and research focused. They reach out and extend opportunities to students to work on projects to get better understanding of the subject and are really approachable. Older faculty like Nitin Dindolker, MS Chauhan and SK Dubey sir are also great at teaching in detail. They brought up real life applications all the time and made us wonder the real challenges besides just mathematical calculations.
Placements
Pretty average placements. Though the drive in Civil Engineering department was pretty lack lustre as well. Most civil students are preparing for GATE. But the TnP cell tried their best to get as many oportunities as they can. Its run by a student body with student interests in mind. The choices were good for major civil engineering firms like L&T, Aditya Birla, Reliance etc though many being in remote areas away from urban areas did drive me away from applying. Regardless, I was preparing for higher studies as well.
Campus Life
The campus itself is beautiful and even though the ban on personal vehicles hit hard, I think the alternative with the E-buses is working wonderfully and is for the greater good. The lush greenery freshens you up in the morning and if your hostel is at the right spot, maybe a view of Kaliyasot Dam as well. The campus being located so close to New Market is such a big bonus. We would usually go out to eat and wander around during breaks at Mata Mandir Samosa spot or Sagar gaire/ VIshnu fast food.
Overall, it is a good college to succeed.

It is the best college. Food ranking is based on meal plan costs and student reviews. Top-ranked colleges offer outstanding on-campus dining buffets, which are usually not my favorite way to dine out, but the desire for some good Indian food overruled that. The variety of dishes is really good, and the food is tasty and fresh.

The faculty members are good. The curriculum is well updated. Not all lecturers are knowledgeable, and some of them are just for namesake as they project some presentations copied from some random webpages and read them and complete the chapters very fast, but some faculty are good and knowledgeable.
Placements
Amazon and TCS companies offered jobs and internships in our college. The packages range from 2-9 LPA. There are no placements for core students. Apart from IT jobs, we need industrial visits to get good practical knowledge. Conducting workshops is essential for learning

I am pursuing my degree in Computer Science because I have a strong interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving. terms of placements, the picture is mixed at our college. On the positive side, the campus recruitment cell does bring in a fair number of companies each year, and several students in core and IT branches have managed to land decent offers. However, when you look at the numbers more closely, the percentage of eligible students actually placed isn't as high as one might hope. Many students cite that only a moderate portion of the batch—perhaps around half or slightly more—end up with on-campus offers. Moreover, while there are some higher packages, the average offers tend to lean toward the lower side, especially in non-core branches or for students who did not proactively engage in preparation. A recurring issue is that internships, real-world project experience and soft-skills training could have been stronger, which often limits the type of recruiters who visit.
