The college infrastructure of my college is good and the computer labs and everything is fully air conditioned and every PC is working and also has security cameras. The classrooms are good too the benches board and everything is in place and not broken or bended.

If we talk about academics we have 6 subjects currently and all of our faculties have well knowledge and behaved and we get our assignment and everything on time. Our Head of Department are also very responsible and take good care of everything around. Whatever we are taught we understand it really well because of our teachers and we also get our doubts cleared by them.

There are companies like Haier, Tata, Mahindra coming into our college to offer internship to the students and are the top recruiters. More that 80% students got internship last year. The diploma students continue to continue their studies further and not take up internships.

Our campus life is great as our campus is filled with plants and trees and greenery everywhere and we even have such big campus and grounds everywhere so we can roam around freely. We even have a canteen where most of the food items are available at affordable prices and we often go there.

The infrastructure at Subharti University is good with a big campus, well-equipped buildings, and a central library containing books and research materials. Wi-Fi facility is provided in the library and hostels but not in class rooms. Sports facilities are good with grounds for football, cricket, and basketball. A couple of labs require upgradation, particularly in the installation of newer equipment for practical purposes.

There aren't so many professors who are specialists and very wise, and others don't have an interesting approach. The program is nicely programmed but with theoretical inclination. Internal assessments and sessional tests often test students for university exams. Industry exposure and interaction are minimal and thus self-study and outside grooming are the pillars of career growth.

During my time as a BA student at Subharti University, Meerut, no placement opportunities exist for undergraduate arts students. The majority of students go for higher studies or for government exams such as UPSC, SSC, and state-level competitive exams. Career guidance sessions are held sometimes by the university, but on-campus recruitment for BA students is not present.

The hostel facility does not exist, and the outside students have to arrange their accommodation on their own. The canteen facility is minimal with basic foodstuff. The faculty is qualified but the quality of teaching is poor. Some professors are very qualified and helpful, but others teach theory alone and not practical applications. The B.Sc. curriculum is average and doesn't keep up with industry trends. There are hardly any industrial visits or practical classes, which can provide students with practical exposure.

Placement opportunities of B.Sc. students in NAS College,are limited. Science students get no specially organized placement drives, and it is mostly on their own by either studying further like M.Sc., research entrances, or government examinations. The job opportunities off-campus are explored by some of the students themselves, but limited corporate recruitment effort by the college is present.

The university has associations with more than 250 recruiters, such as HCL, Tata, Infosys, and other MNCs. Opportunities are provided for different positions in various industries, including business analyst, marketing manager, financial consultant, and HR specialist. I was personally chosen as an HR in MIET Meerut, and it was an excellent chance to begin my human resource career.

Top recruiters include Ceasefire, Reliance, Airtel, and several startups that hire students for roles in marketing, finance, HR, and operations.

The outer infrastructure looks were excellent. But internally it was all messed up. All cheap quality doors were fitted, in classrooms, benches were like of old village government school's. There was no Wi-Fi facility, laboratories were outdated. The hostel was not good. There were no fans, bunker beds provided with low-quality matters and pillows, water supply, and for closet flush water connection was disabled. The food served was not good, if non-vegetarian or some good dish was there in the menu, and it was rationed that only one time it was being served to one student.

The teaching of theory part was good, and teachers were also helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. It makes students industry-ready. The teaching quality was average as all notes were provided, and the students just had to mug up those. The passing percentage was 95%, and the exams were also not difficult.
Placements
Around 20% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs 20,000, and the lowest salary offered was Rs 12,000. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and renews.There were not many students who got placements or internships. The top role was associate level in every department.
