Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Com, BA, B.Sc and B.Sc (Computer Science): Admission to these undergraduate courses generally depends on the applicant's performance in the 12th standard examination. The overall percentage attained in the qualifying examination is founded on consideration by the college. Completed their 10+2 course from the relevant recognized affiliate board with suitable subject combination relevant to the chosen program by the students.
M.Com, M.Sc (Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, Computer Science): For admission into these postgraduate courses, a candidate must have concluded the relevant course at the bachelor's level. Details such as graduation marks and/or an interview or entrance test may be considered during the admission process.
MA English: The admission process for the MA English program is of a different kind. Graduates, who have English as their special subject at the graduation level, will be considered on the basis of their graduation marks. For all others without English as a special subject at the graduation level, an entrance test must be taken, and admissions are provided based on their performance in the test.
MA Economics: MA Economics admission process is entirely based on performance in the bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or a related subject.
B.Lib.I.Sc and M.Lib.I.Sc: These two specialized courses on library and information science have specified admission requirements. B.Lib.I.Sc requires a bachelor degree in any discipline, while for M.Lib.I.Sc, a B.Lib.I.Sc degree is required.
