CG PPHT Eligibility Criteria 2027 For B.Pharmacy

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board.

• They must have studied Physics and Chemistry, along with Mathematics, Biotechnology or Biology.

• Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the three subjects. The minimum required marks are 40% for Chhattisgarh SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates.

• Candidates must pass the theory and practical examinations separately in the required subjects, as prescribed by their board.

• English must be one of the subjects studied in Class 12.

How To Fill CG PPHT Application Form 2027? 

• Go to the official website: vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in. 

• Search for the CG PPHT Application Form 2027 Link and click on it. 

• Create a profile by entering the candidate name, mobile number and email ID. 

• Login to complete the application form of CG PPHT 2027 exam. 

• Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to confirm whether a candidate meets the educational eligibility requirements for B. Pharmacy and D. Pharmacy courses. The application form opens only if you select “Yes”.

• Choose the examination group you wish to appear for: Biology Group (PCB) or Mathematics Group (PCM).

• Provide the name as mentioned in Class 12 board, roll number and year of passing.

• Check the basic information displayed from your profile registration. Candidates with disabilities must verify their disability details and enter the PwD certificate number and issue date, wherever applicable.

• Indicate whether you require a scribe. 

• Verify the category or class information displayed in the form, including applicable options such as Freedom Fighter, Sainik Varg, Krishak and J&K Migrant.

• Review the examination fee details and select your preferred examination district and city.

• Read the declaration carefully and select “I Agree” to confirm that the information provided is correct. Enter the captcha and click “Next” or “OK” to proceed.

• Click “Confirm & Proceed” to review the application details. If any corrections are required, select “Edit” and make the necessary changes.

• Proceed to the payment page and complete the fee payment. Check the transaction status using the available payment options.

• Review the application on the confirmation page and click “Submit”. Submission is mandatory to complete the application process.

CG PPHT Application Form Fee

CG PPHT 2027 Admit Card 

The CG PPHT admit card 2027 is issued to the registered candidates only. The CG PPHT 2027 admit card is uploaded to the official website approximately seven days before the examination. Candidates can download their admit cards by logging in to their registered profiles on the official website. Aspirants must note that the CG PPHT admit cards are not sent in person by post.

The authority also releases the CG PPHT merit list 2027 which is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. 

CG PPHT Merit List 2027

The CG PPHT merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in the relevant qualifying examination or entrance examination, as applicable. The merit list determines the rank and order of candidates for admission to pharmacy courses in Chhattisgarh. The different merit lists are prepared as follows:

PPHT Merit List: This merit list is prepared in descending order of candidates' performance in the CG PPHT entrance examination.

Class 12 Merit List: This merit list is prepared in descending order based on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Biotechnology or Biology as the three relevant subjects in the Class 12 examination.

Lateral Entry Merit List: This merit list is prepared in descending order based on the percentage of total marks obtained by candidates in the final year of the Diploma in Pharmacy examination. 

CG PPHT Counselling 2027 

CG PPHT counselling is conducted through an online process for admission to B. Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy lateral entry courses in Chhattisgarh. The CG PPHT 2027 counselling official website is cgdte.admissions.nic.in. Candidates are required to pay the prescribed counselling fee online, which is non-refundable. Seat allotment is carried out according to the applicable merit list, course preferences and domicile status of candidates.

For B. Pharmacy admission seats are allotted first to Chhattisgarh domicile candidates based on the CG PPHT merit list 2027. If seats remain vacant after their allotment, eligible candidates from outside Chhattisgarh are considered according to the same merit list.

For D. Pharmacy admission, Chhattisgarh domicile candidates are considered first based on the CG PPHT merit list. If seats remain vacant, the remaining seats are allotted to eligible Chhattisgarh domicile candidates based on the Class 12 merit list. After this process, candidates from outside Chhattisgarh are considered based on the CG PPHT merit list, followed by the Class 12 merit list for any seats that remain vacant.

For B. Pharmacy lateral entry admission to the second year, Chhattisgarh domicile candidates are given preference based on the lateral entry merit list prepared using final-year Diploma in Pharmacy marks. If seats remain vacant, eligible candidates from outside Chhattisgarh are considered based on the same merit list.
