If you are interest lies in electronics, communication system, semiconductors and core engineering, ECE at IIT Kharagpur will be strong choice due to its academic reputation

In COAP Round 5 (and subsequent rounds), only Accept & Freeze or Reject are available; there is no "Retain and Wait". If no better offers from IIT Kharagpur come, Accept & Freeze at IIT Guwahati or move to an NIT depends entirely on your interest in Design
