The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Ahmedabad was established in 2007. NIPER Ahmedabad is a government co-educational institute. It is among one of the seven NIPERs and the other campuses of NIPERs are located at Mohali, Guwahati, Hajipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Raebareli. College Infrastructure
All classrooms are good conditions and benches are available. The infrastructure of the college is awesome. The street of the college is clean and the garden area is best for seating. All day our college management cleaned the garden and cut the unused plants.

- GPAT score: Candidates must have a valid Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test 2021 (GPAT) score.
- Qualifying degree: Candidates must possess a B.Pharm degree from a recognised university. Students in the final year of B.Pharm are also eligible for NIPER JEE 2021.
- Academic qualifications: To apply for NIPER JEE exam, candidates must have passed qualifying degree with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA.
- Relaxation: For SC/ST category candidates minimum passing marks required to apply for NIPER JEE 2021 are 55% or 6.25 CGPA. While for physically challenged category candidates minimum required marks are 50% or 5.75 CGPA.
