Studied here 7 yr continuous and infrastructure was really awesome. Infrastructure is newly launched and cover all necessary from both academic and extracurricular activities . Overall college infrastructure iv very beautiful.

Assam Agriculture University is a d eemed University at Jorhat in Assam administers its entrance exam for admission.
Eligibility for UG course
- Age - 16 years of age must be attained as of 1 August 2022.
- Qualified HSC with physics, chemistry, biology and agriculture possessing 50% marks or above for UR/OBC and 40% marks or above for SC/ST/DAC.
For PG
- A B.Sc. in agriculture/ horticulture/ Agri. Biotech/ B. Tech fisheries science graduate or degree in another related field of 4 years from UGC accepted university.
- Minimum OGPA
- Gen/OBC/UPS:- 6.60/10.00 or 3.25/5.00
- SC/ST/DAC:- 5.60/10.0 or 2.75/5.00

Assam Agriculture University happens to be the first agricultural university in the north eastern region of the country. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the field of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Home Science, Fisheries Science, Horticulture and Sericulture.
Admission into all B.Sc. courses is on the basis of merit in 10+2 examination. Counseling is done at the university level for the course. Candidates can fill in the admission form online and pay the entrance fee.
The minimum requirement is the successful completion 10+2 from a recognized board.
