The college infrastructure is very good. Green campus. Peaceful campus. It is very big with many many departments . However the condition of the departments needs a lot of maintenance and modernisation. Although each department has a virtual classroom and a seminar room but still the overall infrastructure needs quite a bit of an improvement. So many computers in computer labs of our department aren’t working. Basically a department is equipped with everything but there is no maintenance at all. There is a library for the whole university which is quite modern.

Well the academics are average. But the teachers are quite good. They teach very well. There are ample teachers for each subject. For Mathematics there is a balance in Applied and Pure Mathematics and one can opt for either in the 3rd semester.

If one is doing a regular or academic course there are no placements available. They did conduct one seminar on industry related courses and what could we opt for next but no placements in general. However they do provide placements for professional courses like MBA.

The fees are quite affordable and since it is a fully government college the fees are minimal. Hostel fees are also minimal so for that amount it is worth the money. But I’d still wish for better maintenance of the university because it does have potential.

Depends. Events are organised. On even semesters the inter department sports events occur back to back like badminton, marathons, chess, cricket(the most awaited UPL) etc. The university organises Freshers and Farewell annually which is quite a fun event.

The administration needs to improve.

I have had a good overall experience at the college. The infrastructure is satisfactory, with comfortable classrooms and useful academic facilities. The college infrastructure is good and well equipped with the basic facilities required for students to study but it needs alot of maintainance. The library and all the other buildings are available but the maintaince is much needed.

Professors and Lecturers are very approachable , knowledgable ,supportive and resourceful. So I gained a lot of learnings there as well has the library helped me a lot during study here.The invited guest faculties were also very insightful.

Since my course is purely focused towards higher studies or research the college doesn't provide placements it just guides us what path to take after the completion of the course either research or ppt for teaching.The teachers guided us very well

The education and the experiences I got and learnt was worth the money I paid.Since it's a government college the fees are really affordable per semester to the education I recieved therefore I would say overall the value ofoney was provided.

Campus life here is fun and good since the campus is really huge and you are never bored there though it's really hot sometimes.There many events happening and every departments has their own events apart from studies so the overall campus life experience was really good.

While I was studying it had one of the best infrastructure. Peaceful environment. Lush green trees and greenery everywhere. I had visited the university a few months back and the outward infrastructure seems fine however needs a lot of maintenance and modernisation to fit the current standards.

Ohh at that time had the best teachers. Really supportive and approachable. I believe the academics is still of the same level so definitely a good one. So many different courses available - variety for students to choose and opt.

More of an academic university than an industry focussed. Could do much better in this matter. I believe certain professional courses do provide placements like the MBA course definitely provide placements. But the other courses need to improve in this matter.

Definitely worth it. Minimal tution, hostel and examination fees. Just like any hostel, hostel food needs a definite improvement but I wouldn’t complain much considering the minimal fees they charge.

No doubt had one of the best campus life. Made friends and good memories. We used to wait for Sports tournaments. We even won the cricket tournament at that time. The farewell and freshers programs need a special mention. Some departments also organise blood donation camps annually.

Definitely a good university but needs a better administration.

Peaceful environment with a lot of greenery. Decent facilities available but needs modernisation and maintenance. Must appreciate the library though. Free Wifi available in the department and the library. Ample canteens throughout the campus. Must give a special mention to the variety of courses available.

Knowledgeable and supportive faculty. Seminars conducted every now and then which provides a different perspective to different topics. A good curriculum overall. In mathematics balance of pure and applied mathematics maintained.

No placements in our department unfortunately. Probably they provide placements to MBA, MCA and some other departments. I have heard that the faculty puts ample efforts to bring in variety of companies to the MBA student’s placements.

Definitely 10/10. Very affordable and totally worth the money. Hardly costs about 10000 for the complete course of 2 years. However some professional courses costs more.

Annual Sports Competitions organised every year mostly in even semesters. Inter-department cricket tournament is highly awaited. Cultural programs also organised. Plenty of area for people who like to jog and go for runs.

Definitely a good university. I enjoyed it. Hostel is also fun. Anti-ragging dimension taken very seriously.

It has necessary facilities and infrastructure It is clean and has good environment. It also has library and well maintained class rooms. It is all surrounded by nature and has fresh air. It has been a good experience overall

I studied there as it is a well known university of North Bengal. It has experienced teachers who value education and taught us well. They also made us job ready through practicals like field visits and summer internship.

The quality of placement at our college is very good. As we had reputed organizations like Sundrop, Pantaloons, Hero cycles, Reliance, ITC and many other reputed organizations. The department gave us the opportunity to grow.

It's the cheapest MBA clg with good placement facilities. It costs around 1.5 - 2 LPA.

The campus is spacious and green, with free Wi-Fi available in each department and the library. The library is good and well-equipped. The infrastructure is decent overall though some facilities need a lot of maintenance and modernisation.

The university provides a good learning environment with knowledgeable and supportive faculty members. The teachers are approachable and helpful. The department also organises frequent seminars which provides additional academic exposure. Overall, the academic environment is good and supportive.

No placements in most departments except for some specific professional courses like MBA. Focussed mainly in academic studies rather than providing industry specific courses. Depends on the department.

Being a public university, the fees are quite affordable. In fact I’d say they are almost negligible compared to other universities, except for some departments where the fees are slightly higher.

One can take part in various inter-department sports competitions. Various cultural functions also take place. However, all departments function independently and therefore some functions may not always align with one’s department in terms of time and availability.

Good for students aiming to do further research in the same or other universities. However lacks proper administration.

The college has most of the facilities that a student would need.We have Wifi access,projectors in the classroom, a library and other basic facilities.I feel the facilities provided are quite good but could be improved if maintained properly.Some of the facilities are available but are not maintained properly.

Academics are good overall, and the teachers explain the subjects well.We also get practical exposure through industry visits,projects and two-month internship.However, I feel the internship duration is alittle short.It would be better i f students had more flexibility to take longer internship, including remote internship s, as getting a proper on-site internship can sometimes be difficult.

Placement are decent, and the faculty genuinely puts a lots of effort into bringing companies and helping students get placed.However ,most of the opportunities are concentrated in marketing and sales roles, with limited options in other areas. I feel more companies from different industries and roles related to different specialisation wold give students better choices.

I feel the college provides good value for money.The fees is reasonable considering the facilities,academics and overall experience we get. Of course,there are areas that can be improved, but overall I don't feel that the fees are too high for what the college provides.

Campus life is actually quite enjoyable.The campus is really big and has a lot of greenery,so it doesn't feel crowded even when there are many students around.The library is also a nice place to spend time and study.There are enough spaces where you can sit with friends, relax or just spend your day on campus.
