University of North Bengal Siliguri placement cell offers various placement opportunities for students in different sectors of the industry. According to the NIRF report 2026, the North Bengal University Siliguri placement cell has provided placements to 51 undergraduate students and 115 postgraduate students.

As per the NIRF 2026 data, the median package offered to UG 5-year students during University of North Bengal Siliguri placements was Rs 2.4 LPA in 2025.
For PG 2-year students, the median package offered at University of North Bengal was Rs 2.78 LPA for the academic year 2024-25.

If one is doing a regular or academic course there are no placements available. They did conduct one seminar on industry related courses and what could we opt for next but no placements in general. However they do provide placements for professional courses like MBA.
