See both of the above universities are more or less of the same type. Now if you wish to choose one then you have to choose from the perspective of your interest or from the placement perspective. Now as we all know the placements for CSE is the best for any college. So if you wish to get a job then CSE is the most preferable genre to get job. But compared to Aliah University the Kalyani University have average package more than that of Aliah. So as per my recommendation, you should go for EIE and you will be able to get a placement package which will be certainly the same as of CSE if you are interested in EIE. If you are interested in CSE then I would recommend you to go for Aliah University. More or less your choice on the subject is more important as both of the universities are of similar stature comparing the subject choice vs Placements.

Dear,
Fee structure is feasible and about 15710 per year. The course is about 4 years. The hostel charges are separate. Overall the fee structure is not so much and not so less. The faculties are much qualified, the process of their teaching also very good and simply understandable. They are very helpful and friendly. They give you theoretical as well as practical knowledge too.
Hope this helps!
