KGRITM Keesara Placement Process:

• Vigorous training is supplied by the training department.  
• Students will be instructed on communication skills, soft skills,, Technical skills, arithmetic skills and reasoning skills. 
• The placement officer arranges frequent pre-placement talks and presentations arranged by the various companies on the campus.
• Collaborate with various industries, execute memorandums of understanding (MoUs) for recruitment campaigns, and host seminars to educate students on the most recent advancements in a variety of vocations.
• Set up a company-specific training session to help students. 
• Aptitude test, group discussion, technical interview and issuing of offer letters.
• Each student has a feedback session following each recruitment drive to assess their performance.

Note: Will spread over 2 semesters (semesters III & IV) including preparatory classes for Internship and final placement.
