The KGRITM Keesara library has a collection of all titles prescribed by AICTE and Osmania University. National and International Journals, Magazines, and Newspapers are subscribed. It is also planned to digitalise the entire library. The book bank facility is available to all the students.

The KGRITM Keesara has 240 computers, 19-inch TFT with a 1:2 computer-student ratio and fully Wi-Fi Internet Enabled. Monitors with all Software prescribed by AICTE and Osmania University along with Servers, Colour Printers with scanners and the latest copier machines available for the convenience of students, and special revolving chairs for comfortable seating.

The KGRITM Keesara provides a transport facility that connects the students in time.

The KGRITM Keesara has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff. Wi-Fi is enabled which empowers students to have access to information anytime, anywhere, and at their fingertips.

The KGRITM Keesara has sports facilities for all students. Inter-college sports tournaments are conducted for the students, staff and faculty members to participate. 

The KGRITM Keesara has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The auditorium has state-of-the-art infrastructure and also conducts academic and non-academic events.
