BITS Pilani Placement Process 2024

The BITS Pilani placement committee contacts companies 2-3 months in advance of the placement drive.
Interested recruiters contact the committee with necessary data through a Job announcement form.
The requirements are scrutinised and further, a formal invitation is extended to the companies.
With mutual consent, dates and time for presentation and selection is fixed.
Company details and visits are announced to the students through the announcement form.
Interested students who satisfy the eligibility criteria, have to apply for the job.
After that, student details are shared with the companies.
After reconfirmation of the company visit, accommodation is arranged at the campus guesthouse.
Student volunteers help in arranging the logistics and other essentials for the smooth conduct of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani placement process.
After the screening of the candidates, a list of selected candidates is announced.
Finally, selected students are extended the offer letters.

Payed internships are provided by the college in reputed companies. More than 90% of the students were placed. Median salary was around 9lakhs. Highest was above 50lakhs. Lots of reputed companies comes like Amazon, Microsoft, etc.

Hello aspirant,

For the mechanical course, Daikin offers a wage package with an average of 13 LPA and a maximum of 40 LPA. The jobs available are suitable for those taking mechanical courses. I hope you are doing great!Definitely BITS Pilani Campus is best for computer science engineering,considering aspects like placements and facilities and all other facilities. Cut off are also very high for CS in Pilani campus and is increasing every year.

Hii,

First of all, I would want you to relax and advise you not to put too much pressure on yourself. Since most of the admission applications have been closed, you don't have many options. You have an option of taking a drop year if you are up for it. If you are not interested in a drop year, you can apply to a bunch of private universities, or you can apply for REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process). You also have an option of applying to universities abroad as the same exams take place every month. Because of bad timing, you don't have many choices with you, so I suggest you choose wisely.
