The interior of the campus is impressively well-planned, with lecture theaters, light and airy common spaces, The university regularly organizes events and workshops so that the atmosphere remains dynamic.
Teachers are down to earth, guiding, and tend to pursue further higher studies, making them aware of the latest in academic trends. Professors personally care about student assignments and extracurricular skills, urging us to reach above the syllabus.
The university does conduct a few drives annually, but the fraction of graduates who get campus offers and the ones that do are mostly from small consultancies and local accounting firms is minimal. Offers typically are in the ₹1.5–2.5 LPA range, and there aren't many exceptions.
The infrastructure is pretty good. MBA classrooms are air-conditioned with projectors, and there are specific seminar halls for workshops and sessions. Lab facility is limited in this course, but the library is adequately furnished with business books, journals, and online access. Hostel rooms are clean but on the expensive side.
Most professors simply read through slides (PPTs) without a discussion. If you are dedicated and disciplined, the course can strengthen your fundamentals. Examinations are not particularly challenging.many doubt session are conducted.
Approximately 70–75% of students who are actively involved in the placement drives get placed, primarily in marketing and sales positions. The maximum package received recently was about 6 LPA, while the average is around 3.5–4 LPA.
Class rooms are big with projectors and air conditioners. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and it functions quite well. Hostel is average rooms are good but the charges are very high compared to the facilities.
The staff here is co-operative and qualified and most of them are from the industry. They are helpful and go out of their way to clarify a students doubts. Some are great teachers and apply theory to practical industry situations.
The highest package in recent time was approximately ₹6-7 LPA, whereas the average is between ₹3-4 LPA. There are placement opportunities, but the students mainly have to find them on their own. Placement cell facilities exist, but you have to take the initiative yourself.
College canteen provides students with a choice of food items. Infrastructural facilities of the college and hostel are properly maintained and secure. There is a digital library from where students can access research papers, journals, and other study materials.
Teachers are supportive in guidance and are properly interactive with the students in the classroom. The course curriculum is timely revised to keep pace with the current industry trends so that the students become industry-ready.
MBA students are placed in top companies such as popular FMCG and service industry giants such as HUL, Britannia, Dabur, Marico, and auditing and consultancy firms such as EY and Grant Thornton. The maximum package received last year was about 20 LPA, and the minimum was about 6 LPA.
The campus is very secure when it comes to security it never permits any unwanted entry, and CCTV cameras are placed at all critical points. It provides a disciplined and secure environment.The facilities like clean drinking water, neat and clean classrooms, a good auditorium is available inside the campus.
Faculty are really passionate about the development and success of each learner. The syllabus is updated on a periodic basis according to current industry trends and challenges, particularly in marketing, finance, IT.
Nearly 85% of us even got placements in the form of internships during the course. Mother Dairy, Axis Securities, and some new start-ups that emerged this year were some of the companies that came for placements and internships. The maximum package offered was ₹18 LPA
The cafeteria is spacious and clean with meals of various kinds at reasonable prices. The campus has cameras for surveillance, and the discipline is firm in practice zero tolerance for any misbehavior of any sort, which makes the environment secure and professional.
The teachers are qualified enough, and most of them possess Ph.D.s or ample industry exposure. They are usually supportive and approachable, particularly at the time of placements or project work. The syllabus is revised periodically and includes key topics such as operations management, HR, and finance.
The major recruiters among them were ICICI Bank, HDFC Life, Big Bazaar, and ITC Limited. The placements were given in trainee and managerial positions, most of them in the streams of marketing, sales, and operations.
As far as infrastructure is concerned, the university provides good infrastructure for MBA course. Seminar halls and classrooms highly clean and maints hygiene . Wi-Fi works effectively, Mobile signals are weak everywhere in the campus that's a con.
The teachers in the MBA faculty are friendly and accessible. They are majority qualified, with some of them having a corporate or research background. They are nature loving and collaborative in the sense of assisting students, either for academic or professional advice.
The maximum package given last year was about ₹12–13 LPA, and the minimum one was about ₹3 LPA. The average offer was about ₹5 to ₹6 LPA. Some of the firms who came on our campus included BYJU'S, Kotak Mahindra Bank
The library is large with a great selection of management and reading materials. The hostels are clean, and the quality of food is great with good meals and clean kitchens. The canteens and cafes are good in terms of variety and are popular among students. There is also a medical center within the campus with 24/7 basic treatment, and the sports facilities such as a gym, basketball court, and cricket nets are accessible to all.
The MBA program is regularly refreshed with hands-on courses such as digital marketing, financial modeling, and business analytics. Examinations are comparatively challenging, but if practiced on a daily basis, can be completed without difficulty.
Out of our batch, nearly 90% of students got placed, and the average package varied around ₹3.5 LPA. The maximum package was of ₹20 LPA, but that was in a niche profile and not regular. Core recruiters were a few of the recruiters such as HCLTech, Nucleus Software, Justdial, Mahindra Finance, and BYJU'S
The library is sufficiently stocked with reference books and academics. Computer labs, classrooms, and presentation rooms are modern and well-maintained. The hostels are good – the rooms are comfortable, and food and laundry facilities are available and good.
The professors are well-qualified, experienced, and encouraging. Most of them are industry-exposed, and this benefits in making the classes practical. The professors' teaching approach is collaborative and interactive and tends to include case studies and group work. The curriculum is relevant to the industry, particularly in topics such as HRM, Finance, and Marketing.
Approximately 80-90% of students in my batch were placed. The maximum package reached ₹54 LPA, although such offers are very limited and primarily from off-campus or niche personas. The average package is around ₹8-9 LPA, whereas the minimum offers are roughly ₹4 LPA.
The subharti campus is average in terms of infrastructure. The classrooms are decent but not up to date, and the connectivity of Wi-Fi is good in bits. There is a decent number of finance and commerce books available in the library, but it gets crowded at odd times.
The faculty members of the commerce department are experienced and generally helpful. They focus on creating fundamental knowledge of business law, finance, and accounting. The curriculum is according to university rules but isn't revised as frequently as needed according to present market demands.
Only about 30-40% of students are placed by the college. The majority of the organizations visiting are small local firms with roles in accounting, finance, or sales. The average package is about 2 to 3 LPA, with almost no high-paying job.
