VSICS Kanpur admissions are provided to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses of the institute. Dr Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies, Kanpur admissions are granted based on the merit of previous qualifying exam or entrance test followed by a counselling round. VSICS UG admissions to the BBA and BCA degree course are done based on the scores of 12th standard obtained by the candidates.

Some teachers concentrate on the internal politics of the department rather than assisting students with academics or career guidance. If a student's problem is going unnoticed, he or she will have to figure it out alone.
College Infra
There is a hostel facility with food available, but its quality is not good — students are constantly complaining about the taste. Wi-Fi is accessible in most places; however, it is still relatively slow during peak hours. Cleanliness is also great here, and the college has a professional cleaning team that works daily.
Placements
The majority of such job offers is for roles which may be considered as basic technical support or data entry, while core development or programming as a field of work is barely mentioned. Students with good academic records and communication skills set their sights on skating through off-campus drives.
