One of the positives of Subharti is that it possesses a clean campus with all necessities. The projectors and ACs are present in the classrooms, and there is proper Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. The library is well-spaced and possesses a good number of management books and journals, which I found to be of use while doing my research work. The university has a good auditorium and common spaces for functions, although the sports grounds need some upgrading. The canteen fare is clean and low priced, so no issues on this front.
The teachers are highly educated and have a good academic background in most cases, but they are extremely formal and rigid in their approach. They lay great stress on theoretical concepts and are sticklers for attendance and submission of assignments, which at times appears a bit mechanical instead of motivational. I believe there is less stress on practical exposure or case-based learning, which is so crucial in MBA programs.
Most of the recruiters offer packages between 2.5 to 4 LPA, which is fair for freshers but not very impressive if you’re aiming high. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, and small consultancy firms have visited the campus. It is about 65-70% of students from my batch who were able to get jobs with campus placement, while the rest of us were on our own.
There's a massive library with a good collection of both course books and general reading material, which I find very useful during exams. The university also has good sports facilities, a clean canteen, and well-organized seminar halls for events. Even the hostel facilities are comfortable, with proper security and clean water supply.
Here the teachers are sure to be educated and experienced, no doubt about that, but something that strikes me is how very strict they are and intensely committed to courses and discipline. They compel students to study hard, sometimes there doesn't seem enough scope for discussing things or freedom for creative ideas.
When placements are concerned, I believe the university can certainly do better. Though Subharti University provides good exposure in the form of seminars and workshops, there is no very strong placement cell specifically for BBA students. All of us have to make a lot of personal efforts to get an internship and final placements either by using personal contacts or going to external job fairs. The university does arrange a few companies to visit every now and then, but the opportunities are minimal and the positions aren't often what we would hope for from a BBA degree.
The Institute offers a vibrant campus life with various co-curricular activities and events throughout the year. Students have opportunities to participate in cultural fests, sports events, and other extracurricular activities, enhancing their overall college experience.
The faculty is highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. They are supportive and helping the students with their academic and professional development. The curriculum is well-structured, and the teaching methods are designed in effective manner.
The Institute offers placement opportunities to its MBA students, with several reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment. The university organizes job qnd and training programs to help students develop skills.
The university is well facilitated with a huge and properly maintained campus with all the necessary facilities. Projectors are fitted in the classrooms, and the library is well-stocked with a large volume of journals and books. The library has computer laboratories and seminar rooms that are well facilitated for scholarly debates. There are sport facilities, hostels, medical services, and a cafeteria with clean food available. The overall infrastructure is satisfactory and offers an amicable atmosphere to learn for students.
The academic curriculum is properly planned and includes all the commerce and finance subjects required. The faculty is efficient and cooperative, making students familiar with the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the subjects. Regular seminars, workshops, and guest lectures are incorporated in the curriculum.
Placement opportunities students at Subharti are moderate. Mid-level organizations offer placements to some students, while others prefer higher studies or government exams. Organizations from banking, finance, and insurance companies visit the campus, but the number of high-paying jobs is limited. The salary package is moderate on average, and the students have to work harder to achieve better placements.
Campus is gigantic with well-established infrastructure, yet a couple of the facilities are aged. The library is taken good care of, and basic things such as Wi-Fi and lab facilities are made available. Hostel services are fine, yet quality food is mediocre
The BCom program is mostly theory-based with hardly any practical exposure. Accounting, taxation, and business law are good topics that are covered, but students have to rely on self-study and internet sources in order to gain proper knowledge
Placements are not satisfactory, since the majority of the students go in for higher studies or government exams. No campus placements are available, and the available jobs are sales and clerical level
The fee is low, and hence it is commensurate for those who want to do higher studies. However, the students who are aiming for placements at passing out may be made to do off-campus placements adn fees here is low compared to other colleges s
The campus is friendly as regards interaction, but programs or student participation events are low. There is life, but low college-sponsored events. Students have to discover extracurriculars by themselves
Infrastructure of the college is good. Wi-Fi is not provided in college but, Wi-Fi is available in their computer system, labs. Classrooms are very neat and clean. Hostels are not so good as rooms are not clean. food quality is good in mess and canteen. Medical, sports, and games facilities are available.
Teachers are helpful, very kind and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. They teach and guide us for our better future. Semester exams are not difficult in our college. Backlog exams are difficult. Pass percentage is 40%.
Almost70% of students from the last batch got placed. The highest package offered by a company to a student is 30 LPA. The lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Air India, Vistara, and Indigo. the students get internships from the college. Top role offered in my course is airport management.
Subharti campus is reputed for it’s infrastructure, a well developed infrastructure which makes everything easy for the students, all the facilities are available inside the campus like ,Subharti hospital, Many shops inside the university from cafe to canteen ,big departments and the classrooms was amazing.
The faculty in the campus was mature and decent with proper knowledge of their domain . Everything was perfect in terms of quality teaching, many seminars and events was organised inside the campus and the teachers was always ready to help their students.
The campus has the efficient record in placement , many top recruiting companies visit the campus like ,Wipro ,Genpact, TCS , IGT solutions , Airtel etc , average package lies nearly 5 LPA . I got placement in Wipro as HR operation specialist and now i am a assistant manager at wipro .
The campus of Subharti University is spacious and very well maintained with modern architecture combined with traditional ones. Classrooms for B.Com (Hons) are spacious, well lit, and conducive to learning. The environment is very safe and comfortable for a girl; however, the library can do better with advanced books as it had a little variety of books for commerce students
The B Com (Hons) course curriculum contains all the essential subjects in accounts, finance, and taxation, but it is more theoretical. I wished it could be exposed to more practical workshop experience or even its actual applications. Some professors are engaging and helpful, but others are not, thus requiring one to do the most self-studying.
The placement assistance here for B.Com students is average. Most opportunities lean towards sales or clerical roles rather than core finance or accounting positions. If you are looking for a competitive corporate job, you might need to put in extra effort outside the university's placement cell. Networking helped me more than the placement drives.
The fees for the program is quite reasonable and the available scholarships are a boon to deserving candidates. No practical exposure and very less placement option made me feel that the return on investment could have been better. It is good for those who want to join higher studies after B Com.
Campus life was exciting with various activities and events throughout the year. It felt like being in a mini-town to be part of Subharti. The facilities along with the greenery were a great break from the pressure of academics. Being a girl, I felt safe in the hostel, but the dining and common areas could have been done better to make it feel homely.
The MBA building in the Subharti University is modern and neat with spacious classrooms, which helps to provide a great learning atmosphere. There are proper books required for research and learning available in the library for the MBA students. The main drawback is that there is no computer lab specifically designed for this purpose, which boasts tools like CRM software, and the effect for management students is slightly high.
The program does cover the topics that form a part of an MBA, but the curriculum seems to be ancient in the context of industry needs now. It's a private university with no affiliation with the major accrediting agencies, and it lacks the intensity of academics. An addition of subjects like data analytics or advanced business strategy would make it more relevant.
Placement opportunities are not rewarding. A great many visiting firms give a sales job, which is normally tied to an undertaking over bonds. Most of the startups who come for recruiting students do not always assure them a job in return students therefore feel unsure. There are not many placements which entail diversity since few diverse job opportunities exist, especially those fields such as IT or International Business.
The tuition fees of MBA are reasonably fair, but there is no scholarship support for the students pursuing their MBA from this university. Outdated academics and minimum placement opportunities make the financial investment less justified, but it is one of the decent choices rather than being outstanding.
Generally, the campus is lively and green, but there is much more of green around that makes for a peaceful environment. However, the girls' hostels are a disappointment by being congested rooms with less ventilation, making it quite uncomfortable to live within them during peak seasons. If there were more focus on improvements in hostel facilities
Subharti University is a fun campus to walk around because the campus is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The MBA department has a pretty spacious building space, though it may not be very modern when it comes to facilities. In general, it is an inviting and peaceful campus atmosphere.
This is more theoretical knowledge-based academic inputs for MBA, which makes the learning rather outdated at times. The practical exposure in case study or live business projects is highly inadequate. Moreover, it lacks adequate focus on practical skills and current industry trends in the event of IT specialisation.
The primary offers are for sales, although a few are also in IT or International Business. The companies featured would provide far greater choice for students with diverse career aspirations. And placements cell should provide better assistance acc to one student
The fees for the MBA program offered by this private university are moderate; however, it is deficient in value for the students because the SC category scholarships were not available for MBA courses. So, if improvements regarding academics and placement had taken place, then cost could have been easily justified.
It is very safe and peaceful to stay on campus because it has a secure environment for girls. The greenery and surroundings of this campus are so soothing. Campus life could be even more vibrant with more events or activities that provide opportunities to interact and learn about management students.
I would like to tell one thing that subharti mba is good than bba
