Campus Wi-Fi is present but has connectivity problems, particularly during weekends and holidays. Hostels are more properly maintained with elevators, triple-sharing rooms, and a mess that provides average-quality food. The library is well-stocked and remains open throughout the year, which is a plus for MBA students preparing for competitive exams.

The faculty is varied—there are very experienced and supportive ones, but there are some who follow textbooks only. The curriculum is practical to management study with the addition of case studies and presentations, which are helpful in learning practically.

Nearly 70–75% of Subharti University MBA students are placed via campus drives. The maximum package that was given in 2024 was approximately 12 LPA, and the average package ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 LPA.

The Institute has a big campus with good infrastructure for MBA students. Classrooms are installed with projectors, and there are management study blocks separately. The library is well-equipped with reference books and journals.

The Institute holds regular tests, such as sessionals and presentations. Advanced technical or programming courses are not included in the course of study for an MBA, but communication skills, soft skills, and project work are emphasized.

Subharti continues to improve in terms of MBA placements. Approximately 50-60% of the students are placed, but these come mainly through off-campus drives or their own efforts. On-campus hiring is not that prevalent, and only a few popular companies visit on a regular basis.

Semester examinations are relatively tough, which helps students understand and implement the knowledge well. On the whole, the college has a good placement record with nearly 90% of the students getting placements.

Almost 80% of students are placed. But all students may not be interested in placements since the college also promotes entrepreneurship and higher studies. Major recruiting companies are Cognizant, Infosys BPM, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Mindtree. Those students who hold a minimum CGPA usually have satisfactory internship opportunities.

The infrastructural setup of the college is excellent with well-equipped labs, properly maintained sports fields, and Wi-Fi-equipped computer labs. The hostel infrastructure is also satisfactory with decent quality rooms, and they have provisions like a water cooler for cold water and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Teachers are mostly well-qualified and dedicated to providing quality education. While a few members of the teaching staff could improve, most are welcoming and cooperative. There are frequent internal exams, which keep the students ready and perform well in the university exams.

Most of the MBA students of Subharti University are placed, but with decent salary packages. The package ranges from ₹3 to ₹4 LPA, which is fair for freshers. Several recruiters come to campus, including Accenture, Genpact, and IBM, offering various posts in management and consulting.

Subharti Institute has a well-kept and operational campus. Classrooms are provided with projectors and digital equipment, and there is good Wi-Fi connectivity across the institute. Business labs are also provided for practical classes in finance, marketing, and HR. Hostel facilities are trustworthy, with quality food, tight security, and a cozy living environment. Moreover, the on-campus hospital offers round-the-clock medical care.

The faculty is well-qualified and experienced, with the majority having a master's and PhDs from renowned institutes. They are also extremely approachable and committed to work, providing students with classroom learning and real business exposure. The course structure of an MBA is industry-oriented, and students get to gain essential skills for corporate jobs.

Nearly 75% of the MBA students got placements with firms like ICICI Prudential, HDFC AMC, Axis Securities, BigBasket, and UrbanClap with the pay packages varying from 3 to 5 LPA. Internship was provided to almost all the students at the last semester, providing valuable corporate exposure.

Speaking of the infrastructure, the college boasts Wi-Fi, well-equippped classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Labs are updated, and the campus is tidy and systematic. There is also a canteen with enough food, but quality of the food can be improved. Medical facilities, a gym, and sports facilities are also present in the college, which are beneficial for students' overall growth.

The faculty is highly experienced and well educated academically and industrially as well. Master's and Ph.D. of all the faculties have been completed from well-reputed institutions. Faculty is cooperative and always willing to guide students, particularly concerning clearing doubts and placements and project guidance.

My college placed 80% of the students after they finished their MBA course. The maximum package given in my college was 10 LPA, and the minimum package given was 2 LPA for the master's course. My placement was with Hike Education as an HR executive. Top recruiting companies among MBA students included Asian Paints, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Deloitte, and Hike Education.

Subharti University infrastructure is excellent. The rooms are well-furnished, and there are good drinking water and Wi-Fi facilities in the campus. The university hostels are student-friendly in terms of their fees, and the rooms are spacious too. The library has a good collection of management books and magazines, the computer labs have all the required equipment, and there is even a big playfield for recreation activities.

The teaching staff at Subharti University are experienced and cooperative. The professors are primarily Ph.D. degree holders or equivalent with good industry experience. They are polite and present the concepts in simple and practical terms, which connect the theory to practice easily. The MBA courses are on a semester pattern and well-structured according to industry requirements, which makes us fit for the business environment.

The likely package for MBA students is 6 to 7 LPA, and the students work very well and attain high grades in their semesters. Popular companies that visit the campus are Mahindra, Tata, Reliance, and some other leading companies. Almost 95% of MBA students are placed in internships.

The hostel facilities are excellent with all modern amenities in place. High-speed Wi-FI, dedicated study rooms, and even a general store inside the hostel premises made campus life very convenient. The food served in the mess was genuinely better than many other universities.

The faculty members are highly qualified and dedicated to providing quality education. Regular assessment and a focus on core subjects ensure that students are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

The Institute has a placement cell, but it's developing. Some students have secured job offers, but the overall placement rate is good. It's important to note that the placement opportunities may be more abundant for certain departments.

The university offers all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable academic experience. Classrooms are large, well-ventilated, and provided with projectors. The campus boasts a library with a good assortment of management books and journals, and Wi-Fi is also present in academic blocks.

The teachers in Subharti University are experienced and dedicated to imparting the fundamental concepts in a proper manner. Professors possess degrees from known universities and possess experience in their domains. Yet, the instructional style is primarily conventional, and teachers are stringent when it comes to assignments and timelines, keeping the students disciplined.

About 70–80% of students are placed, and the average salary package offered is 4–5 LPA. HDFC Bank, Byju's, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra regularly visit the campus for placements. Sales, HR, and finance positions are offered to the majority of students, and internships are also organized with local companies and regional corporations.

One of the positives of Subharti is that it possesses a clean campus with all necessities. The projectors and ACs are present in the classrooms, and there is proper Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. The library is well-spaced and possesses a good number of management books and journals, which I found to be of use while doing my research work. The university has a good auditorium and common spaces for functions, although the sports grounds need some upgrading. The canteen fare is clean and low priced, so no issues on this front.

The teachers are highly educated and have a good academic background in most cases, but they are extremely formal and rigid in their approach. They lay great stress on theoretical concepts and are sticklers for attendance and submission of assignments, which at times appears a bit mechanical instead of motivational. I believe there is less stress on practical exposure or case-based learning, which is so crucial in MBA programs.

Most of the recruiters offer packages between 2.5 to 4 LPA, which is fair for freshers but not very impressive if you’re aiming high. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, and small consultancy firms have visited the campus. It is about 65-70% of students from my batch who were able to get jobs with campus placement, while the rest of us were on our own.
