The infrastructure of Subharti University is good for management studies. The classrooms are spacious, and most are equipped with projectors and whiteboards. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Medical facilities are easily available within the campus because the university also has its own hospital.
Professors have good knowledge of their subjects and teach in an understandable manner using case studies, PPTs, and practical examples. Some of the teachers also have industry experience, which adds value to their teaching. They provide notes and study material on time and guide students well for placements.
In my MBA batch, around 70% to 75% of students got placed from the course. The highest package details are not very clear, but the minimum package offered was around ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA. The companies that came for recruitment were mostly local and regional firms along with some national companies like Tech Mahindra, Byju's, and small-scale consultancies.
The library is fine with a satisfactory collection of books on business and management, and there is sufficient room to read quietly and sit as well. Wi-Fi is available but speed and connectivity vary most of the time. Classrooms are air conditioned.
The staff of faculty here for MBA is decent compared to some other private institutions available. Professors are accommodating and cooperative; they always provide notes, PPTs, and key stuff in time. Some of the professors have actual industry experience and they implement practice in classes and make them valuable.
Appx. 65-70% of our batch MBA students were placed from my batch. Some students interned with local associations and small private sector companies, and a few of them got hired as regular employees later for excellent performance.
The MBA block of the campus contains well-furnished classrooms with projectors and smart boards. Wi-Fi is available but not that reliable in certain areas of the campus. Decent canteen facilities with hygienic food are also available in the campus. Hostel rooms are average.
The teaching quality is moderate, but if you stay attentive and actively participate in discussions, you can gain valuable knowledge. The course curriculum is up-to-date in accordance with the current market trends but the practical part through internship can be improved. Attendance standards are around 75%.
Placement for the MBA program at Subharti University, Meerut, is decent. There are seminars, workshops, and skill development activities conducted here that ultimately enhance managerial and professional skills. The maximum package for MBA is approximately 17 LPA, the majority of students get placed in companies providing roles in sales, marketing, or operations.
Subharti University campus is spread across a large green area, and it provides a neat and peaceful study atmosphere. The library classrooms are maintained well with central air-conditioning, projectors, and CCTV for discipline and safety.
The faculties for the MBA department are experienced, qualified, and student-centered. Professors with PhDs or industry-specific certification in management are present. Teachers impart the concepts of the topic by mixing practical examples, case studies, and presentations. Teachers also offer assistance for project work, research work, and placement training. Teachers are friendly and promote doubt-solving sessions.
Companies in sectors such as marketing, finance, and human resources visit campus. Some of the companies that have recruited through campus interviews include Reliance Retail, Vivo, and Justdial, providing sales executive, business development associate, and HR trainee posts. Around 60-70% from the MBA batch gets placed every year.
I personally like the class rooms of MBA department, which are equipped with projectors and air-conditioning facilities, thereby making the learning environment conducive. Library contains good books on different management topics, journals, and study material. Hostel food is hygienic but average in quality.
Professors help students navigate cracking interviews and improving business communication skills . Teachers regularly compel us to acquire managerial skills and industry exposure. The course includes case studies, role plays, and interactive sessions
Great numbers of students got offers for positions such as management trainee, business analyst, and sales executive. Very few companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, and a few local start-ups from Meerut and Ghaziabad came to the campus. But the highest offer offered was until 10 LPA, and the minimum was about 2.5 LPA.
Campus is very large, and there are two large libraries available for management students with an excellent collection of business books, journals, and periodicals. Wi-Fi is provided, and projectors in classrooms are utilized for presentations. Food in the cafeteria is satisfactory with a wide variety of meal and snack options.
There was a strict policy of 75% attendance, which is a little very stringent for a master's degree. There were timely examinations and internal examinations consisting of presentations, case studies, and class tests.
Out of our batch, almost 50–55% of the students were already placed when the final semester began. The university provides updates and takes personal interviews for specialisation streams such as Marketing, HR, and Finance, which is positive. But the compensation packages provided are moderate.
Classrooms are large with projectors, and Wi-Fi is provided in all study blocks. The library is well maintained with adequate management books and periodicals. Medical facilities should be improved, particularly during emergencies. Mess food is hygienic and better than average.
Class presentations, assignments, and mock interviews are held on a weekly basis. The syllabus is covered within the given time frame, and the teachers usually give soft copies of study materials and extra classes prior to exams.
The percentage of placement is about 60–70%, depending upon the student's ability, specialization, and communication skills. Recent recruiters are Just Dial, PolicyBazaar, HDFC Life, and Tech Mahindra. The maximum salary package is approximately up to 6 LPA, and the average is about 3–3.5 LPA.
Library is very supportive, with an acceptable collection of management journals and books. Hostels are okay but maintenance could be better. Mess food is average but a better option is available at the canteen within campus.
The majority of the faculty are corporate or academic professionals who attempt to conduct classes in an interactive manner using presentations, discussions, and case studies. A few of the courses continue with conventional methods. The curriculum is industry-driven but asks for extra certifications or online courses to gain competitiveness.
The maximum package in my batcg was 15 LPA and the minimum is about 2.5 LPA. The average is about 3.5–4 LPA. Some of the companies visiting the campus are HDFC Bank, Nexon Tiles, Somany etc. Sales, marketing, HR, and operations are the most prevalent jobs offered.
Institute provides modern campus and strong infrastructure to the MBA students. The School of Business provides AC classrooms, Wi-Fi, digital boards, and conference halls. Hostels are decent with both non-AC and AC facilities, 24/7 security, and study space. Mess food is clean and good to eat, and canteens provide good variety.
Subharti MBA faculty is qualified and cooperative. Several of them possess PhDs or are certified in industry-specific fields. The tests are of medium scale, three big tests per half-year – T1, T2, and T3, and periodical internal tests.
The placement situation for the MBA course at Subharti is excellent, almost 90–95% of the MBA course students were placed during campus hiring. The best package given was as high as 18 LPA to a student from the Marketing stream. The average package hovers between 4.5–6 LPA.
The hostels are good, with central AC in some of the buildings, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. There is another mess for hostelers, and the quality of food is also good with a rotation menu and fresh milk daily.
The faculty members are cooperative, well-versed, and experienced. All the professors are industry or academic professionals. The atmosphere, however, does tend to be a bit school like at times, primarily owing to official dress code protocol and attendance system.
Subharti MBA student placements are fair, particularly for those who regularly attend training and networking sessions. The average salary package this year has been approximately 3.5 to 4 LPA, while the maximum has been about 6.8 LPA.
