24 MonthsMaster of Philosophy (M.Phil) program in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management shall be for a minimum duration of one year, including course work and a maximum of two years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who has passed the M. A. (I.R & P.M.) Degree of this university or any other examination recognized as equivalent by Berhampur University, with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade (50% of marks for ST/SC candidates) is eligible to apply for the program.
Admission Details
The admission into the M. Phil is done through an entrance test followed by a viva-voce test. The Entrance Test comprises of one paper of 100 marks (50 marks objective type questions and 50 marks short answer type questions both relating to the subject of I.R & P.M.) of two-hour duration. In order to be eligible to appear at the Interview. the candidate should qualify in the Entrance Test. The selection into the M. Phil course is made on the basis of career marks.
