Very Good infrastructure and good faculty members . Library and classrooms are very good and maintained properly clean campus . Gym is available in every hostel and a sports equipments and a common Gym near the Ground for both Girls and Boys.
BBA and every other course is updated to the latest curriculum and syllabus accordingly. It provide good job as of banking, Marketing and finance jobs. And the facultiesare too very good understanding.
Good placements and bigger companies come like Wipro, Infosys,Tech Mahindra and Different Banks provide internship and a permanent Job With a good salary 3 to 4 lakhs per annum and depends on the company.
40,000 per year
Near and Clean Campus very good and supportive teachers and students seniors are also good.
Ravenshaw University has one of the best Infrastructure And In regarding infrastructural Development a New Campus (Ravenshaw University 2nd Campus/ Mahanadi Camous) is under Construction for all the Self Financing course of the University.
Teaching Faculties are Very Cooperative and Supportive. All teachers are highly qualified, they help us to solve any queries regarding our education at anytime. They also guide us regarding pursuing higher education in the field of IT.
Placement Scenario is good at our university as it offers campus placement to majority of the students. Top Recruiters from our university are: Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Piramal Finance, ICICI Bank etc.
The Return of Investment is Very Good.
The buildings are built perfectly, the colour contrast and the colour choice, it is peaceful to be inside those buildings. The interior needs a little touch up, the classes need better lighting and more air conditioners. The college has a basketball court along with a huge ground to play various types of field sports. The college also organises sports and cultural events. Washrooms are well maintained and corridors are kept clean.
I’m completing my Bcom Honors from the university because it is well known for it. The curriculum is up to date with updated books. However, there needs a bit more improvement in quality of teaching. The faculty is not the worst but not the best either. The teachers need to be more professional towards students. Apart from that, the course makes you job ready.
Although there are great companies like Deloitte, HDFC bank, Godrej, etc, coming in every year to college for placements, but the salary offered is not up to the mark. For a Bcom Hons student, the salary offered is not more than 3LPA, and the average salary offered is around 1.5LPA even with companies like TCS (Tata consultancy services)
The courses are affordable for everyone. Re admission every year and semester exam fee cost around 150-600 rupees, which is not a lot for a university this size. It is definitely worth the money that you spend in here, spending around 20k for 3 years and getting a job of around 2LPA is worth it.
The hostels are located inside the university and divided into various blocks, separately for boys and girls. It’s easy to find your way inside the campus, there are boardings on the sides to help you with your way, the teachers are supportive with academics as well as extra curricular activities. The college is located near to SCB medical hospital, so handling medical emergencies is not an issue.
The guards need to be more strict with letting random people in without checking their ID cards. The university needs to give more attention to students whose professional courses like CA’s dates clashes with the college semester exams.
Yes they have all the infrastructure with wifi and smart boards with clean and hygienic environment. Teacher are cooperative as well and they also helps you if you have doubts as well they provide notes.
The quality of teaching is good, teachers are cooperative as well. They provide good books as well and they help you in recent works as well. Teachers are also very updated with the curriculum as well.
Many companies come and invest their time with the students as well and help you to grow in different sectors as well with the help of teachers a student can get a job easily in the different fields of journalism
60k is what I paid for the course and it's worth
Campus Life is the best anyone can have. The best campus
No.
Beautiful infrastructure since it was made by the britishers and has history. It’s called the red empire as the whole building is red in colour. It looks royal and mesmerising. That is the best part about this college.
Teachers are really good. They will guide you and are always available for any doubts. You will get plenty of time before the examinations to prepare. Regular classes so you can revise your lessons in class before exams.
It’s really difficult to get a campus placement after doing pg in MA English. But Ravenshaw made it happen. I’m now working in Deloitte which is one of the big four companies. I’m very grateful for that.
It is a government institution so it is quite cheap and you get all the facilities so it is totally value for money. You will never regret your decision of studying in Ravenshaw once you joined in. It is great.
Awesome campus life. There were so many events, fests, sport competitions and what not. Every day was special and we had lots to do. You will not get bored ever. It was exactly how i wanted my college life to be.
If you’re thinking if whether to join Ravenshaw or not, do not think twice. It is the best college. You will be exposed to a whole new world and will learn so much. Definitely recommended college for those who are confused.
Infrastructure is good but no more development is being done . Fields are not up to the mark. No maintenance or very little maintenance work is being done. Many amenities are not available. so it good but not great.
Professors are good as well as the teaching quality. Many professors have a corporate background so it helps in business administration studies . Academics was good In my opinion.Quality of education was good.
Placements and internships are not available mostly in undergrauation.many companies visited the campus offering but didn't have much interest in undergraduates. They were mostly coming for the mba people.
Yes
Good but not great
Fine
Facilities are good. They provide wifi facilities in each dept. Infrastructure is good . Classrooms are Well structured. University have its own main library and every dept. Have their own library as well. Classrooms are spacing and we'll maintained.
I'm studying BBA and the faculties are awesome. Friendly nature. Always available for students whenever they find difficulties in studies. professor always motivates the students towards their goal. Overall is good.
Placement are goods. Avg package is 3 lpa. placement counseling conducted by University to develop the skills of the students and provide the information about how to deal with interviews and the recruitment process.
Yes, for every department there is a wifi and the college infrastructure is very clean and good. The environment is very calm and soothing . The students feel fresh and can do their studies calmly . There a library too.
I am studying in 3rd year B.B.A yes the curriculum is good and the faculty members are too supportive and cooperative . The teachers are doing well there and the HOD is also supportive. The way of teaching is also good.
The placement quality is not good at all . As i am a management student and i should get the placement but due to covid they are not able to arrange certain things and that's why there is no on campus placement.
Value for money is great ?
There are cultural activities and the hostels are quite good . There the students can play football basketball and cricket. There is also gyms available for male and female.
Our college have almost all necessary equipments and facilities. Entire campus including its surrounding is purely neet and clean. The food given are also hygienic. But sometimes the WiFi doesn't work due to which many students suffers.
I am studying B.Sc with Physics hons. I opted physics because for me it is very mush exciting and I never got bored during physics practice. I love to do the physics experiments because it is quiet crazy for me.
About placement I think it can be better. I think there should be placement for all the subjects and all the branches. Students are also getting higher placements with high package and salary. But afterall the college is very much supportive.
The cost of our course is not that much large, it is about some Rs 3000- Rs 4000 per year. And we are happy with that much of money because it provides every single needful things for our use. The teachers are also very much cooperative.
Everything is fine in our campus. For those who wants to study or play games and sports or other activities they can. For everything there is sufficient place and equipments.
Overall in my opinion it is one of the best universities.
Yes we do have good infrastructure and facilities but the equipment are not available. The classrooms are not smart class rooms . The campus have proper gyming place . The hostels are clean but not to that extent .
The teachers are so good and supportive . They clear each and every doubts and are skillful . Yes I think our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field . And the study makes us prepared for the entrance exams.
Our course is the basis for the higher education so after higher education it provides a good salary . Almost all students get into IITs and different renowned institution for their higher studies which is the best.
The Ravenshaw University is totally under tha government . So there is nothing so called fees for our courses only we have to give 250 for semester examination . The hostel fees is around 2000 a month.
It is the best life ever and provides students every opportunity to show their talent . There is no restrictions. The location is totally safe and the hostel handles the emergencies properly and provides all support.
